Gianelli's obsession with me is astounding. The IRS is lucky
- you have blocked this lying psychopath with motive. Unfortunately,
Google doesn't have that ability. Gianelli has relentlessly targeted my
sons, and others, for years now. People are reporting him (across the
country) for criminal harassment, etc. They've spoken to their lawyers,
etc. But Gianelli's amused. He belongs in prison. In any event, he
appears to have bought his law degree at Pep Boys.
All the best,
Kelley

To the IRS,
Nothing's
private about Cohen's fraud refund and the documents were in the IRS
binder. I'm suing Cohen for fraud and theft. The motion to vacate is
being filed tomorrow. The news media can continue their shabby love
affair with the embarrassing fraud and thief. I await an official IRS
opinion on the fraud default judgment. In reality, people want to know
how Freeman aided and abetted Cohen's theft without corporate books and
records. All the best,
Kelley

To the DOJ,
I'm fairly certain that my criminal harasser bought his law degree at Pep Boys. There's nothing privileged about the refund Cohen fraudulently obtained from the IRS. It was all in the IRS binder that Streeter blindsided the public defenders with. I wonder what happened to her notes re. her meeting with Kory two weeks prior to that situation - when Kory INSISTED on testifying? Well, he insisted on lying on the witness stand. LA Superior Court should hang this image as a banner so all who enter are clear: liars, criminals, perjurers, and frauds have an excellent chance of prevailing. In fact, the court will help them STEAL and set up innocent people.
All the best,

People are reporting you to local law enforcement and have consulted lawyers about you. The USPS advised me that they opened a criminal investigation into you. It's clear to me that 1) you belong in PRISON and 2) you bought your law degree at Pep Boys. Alan Jackson, Pat Dixon, and Steve Cooley may have bought their law degrees at Pep Boys also so you are in very good company.
The refund's not privileged. It was in the IRS binder handed to my public defenders.
The IRS advised me to file fraud form 3949(a) after I contacted them following the discovery (in the IRS binder Streeter blindsided my lawyers with, depriving me of calling Agent Tejeda/IRS to the witness stand ... and then there was judge). I have filed that form and formally challenged this refund. I have filed this form re. Cohen's illegal and criminal K-1s. Cohen successfully applied for nothing and I am suing him for FRAUD over the refund I discovered in April 2012. The motion to vacate will be filed tomorrow, followed by my lawsuit against Cohen which will address his THEFT, etc. A fraud default, in a matter I wasn't served, does NOT mean THEFT is legal.
The only thing Cohen discovered in 2004 was my intention to report his criminal tax fraud.
I don't have a theory - Cohen's a thief who falsely accuses people of ripping him off to breach contracts. He uses corporations to evade taxes. He uses fraud, concealment, perjury, etc. to obtain orders, judgments, and verdicts. In reality, people are disgusted by him. In fact, one journalist just advised me that she redid her wedding vows because she and her musician husband used Cohen's music in their first ceremony. The news is spreading and Cohen's greed and vicious tactics are becoming a common theme. Many people in the entertainment industry are aware of this thief's conduct and they don't buy his retaliatory and fraud lawsuit for one moment. They also understand this - LA Superior Court has a vile and vulgar celebrity INJUSTICE system that the taxpayers are footing the bill for.
Why cares what you predict. You are a freak who is obsessed with me, my sons, and others.I know - courts love perjury. I've witnessed in. Cohen perjured himself in my trial and Vanderet could have cared less. It's revolting.
Do not contact me again. You're clearly in bed with someone.

Kelley,The lawsuit you say you are going to initiate against Leonard Cohen – taking issue with his tax refund – relates (as I understand the testimony at your successful prosecution for criminal harassment and restraining order violations) – to a tax refund that Cohen successfully applied for upon the discovery of your embezzlement in approximately 2004 or 2005.I would be fascinated to know the theory upon which your intended cause of action will be based. If you are thinking defamation (libel or slander), the filing of official tax forms is a privileged act, and the filer enjoys absolute immunity from civil liability.Additionally, the statute of limitations for defamation is one year from the date of the publication.I predict your lawsuit will never get out of the pleading stage. But please do file it.It will be highly amusing to see you hammered (again) in court, and to then make up your usual raft of excuses for losing (star struck, corrupt, incompetent, perjury blab la bla – hear it all the last time).
