To the IRS,

This email is a very critical piece of evidence because it proves, from my perspective, that Cohen targets my children when I address tax matters.  I have spoken to my attorney about the fact that Streeter and the City Attorneys are wrongfully arguing federal tax matters and lying about them also.

Another very serious issue here is the attempt to silence people and the use of the courts to restrict freedom of speech. I just spoke to an individual who is NOT permitted to contact the newsmedia.  LA Superior Court has taken the position that he cannot say he was falsely accused and cannot use the word stalker.  I think the U.S. vs. Cassidy addresses this situation - as it involves celebrity - perfectly and so does my attorney. 

In any event, attorneys are now working on my Writ of Habeas Corpus as well.  The prosecutor's lies and the elicited perjury and false testimony will be addressed there as well.  And, we have discussed Stephen Gianelli and what we all feel is his role here.  His ongoing criminal harassment of me with respect to federal tax matters should absolutely be addressed by the IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, and FTB.  It is unconscionable.  Furthermore, Cohen's fraudulent default judgment wrongfully altered my tax returns which must now be amended.  The IRS will have to prepare the proper accounting that includes corporate ownership interests, assets, liabilities, equity, and all of Cohen's loans, interest, etc.  One thing is clear - Leonard Cohen does not have a defense other than lying about and attempting to discredit me.  The IRS knows that I reported Cohen to the IRS before he retaliated with a fraudulent lawsuit.  One must wonder where this man thinks he is headed with this deranged and rotten logic.  As someone just advised me, Cohen may have attained a refund but the IRS should audit that refund and the corporate books and records have been concealed.
