To the IRS and FBI,
I am looking through documents for my appeal and just found this email
that Jihad Gianelli sent. His comments about the IRS are outrageous.
I don't care what Marchetta does or doesn't read. I have my own
attorneys. And, most of them understand that Leonard Cohen testified
that Phil Spector held a GUN to his head while the DA's prosecution
docs (and possibly statements submitted to the Grand Jury) state that
the GUN was held to his CHEST. I believe Cohen perjured himself in
this matter and he admitted perjuring himself in the bail hearing.
The judge sustained that question so it will be addressed on appeal.
This man is dangerously unstable, obsessed with me and all matters
related to Leonard Cohen and Phil Spector. Investigator William
Frayeh told me he is a "shady character" who may have found a
sympathetic ear with Spector prosecutor Alan Jackson about me. This
man contacted my sister and son after the sentencing and he was
advised, by my sister's attorney and my son, to CEASE AND DESIST.
He also lied recently in a post and said I issued a subpoena to Agent
Sopko/Treasury. Bald faced lie. We issued a subpoena to Agent
Tejeda/IRS, who spoke with my public defenders, and was meeting with
IRS attorneys to determine what he could testify to. The judge
refused to permit Agent Tejeda to take the stand.
In any event, Jihad Gianelli has advised me to write the IRS (again)
and so I am doing just that. I am writing the IRS and FBI to advise
you that I believe this man should be charged with criminal witness
tampering, criminal witness intimidation, obstruction of justice, and
other matters. I did think Agent Wynar/Oakland FBI should receive a
subpoena as well. The prosecutor and Cohen addressed an email of mine
about Gianelli. Cohen initially thought it was about him - he was
reading about NAMBLA. Let me be clear - when an adult male lawyer,
who I do not know, obsessively contacts my son (including my younger
son who was a minor), I view him as a POTENTIAL member of NAMBLA.
He has been advised to CEASE AND DESIST.
