You have harassed me today over my RICO suit against Cohen, my fee waiver application to the 9th Circuit, and slandered Dr. Dre.
Now you have included the photograph you routinely send. That photograph was connected to the Tax Court evidence blog. I remain convinced that you discovered the Tax Court Petition online at Scribd, used the password, altered and destroyed the evidence, and replaced that evidence with your slanderous accusations. I've been quite clear with IRS Chief Trial Counsel's Office and Tax Court about that issue.
I have said, if you or any combination of the Lindsey/Cohen clan write a slanderous book or movie, I will sue. I haven't sued anyone. I also wasn't served Cohen's lawsuit. I don't know you. I didn't know you the entire time I worked as Cohen's personal - NOT business - manager. You have terrorized my sons for over six straight years since hearing from Kory and Rice in the spring of 2009.
I am not brain damaged and your slanderous statements won't change that fact. I don't send threatening emails. You lie. You are a pathological liar who has targeted every witness that submitted a declaration on my behalf to LA Superior Court and elsewhere. You intentionally insert extraneous information into your harassing emails. That would include the emails you sent Paulmikkel Fabian of IRS Chief Trial Counsel's Office after you attempted to infiltrate that matter.
Write Kory and Rice, who want you to harass me and bcc them, directly. Cease and desist.

I haven't mentioned him. How would he know what my relationship with Dr. Dre is or isn't and why is he slandering him?I have not stolen from Leonard Cohen and he testified that I never stole from him - just his peace of mind.
