IRS, FBI, and DOJ,
This is to confirm that we still have not been served this baseless, retaliatory lawsuit. Gianelli has written federal agencies on behalf of his client and there are massive lies in those emails. This woman phoned Robert Kory after receiving Paulette Brandt's rent demand letter. He told her to sue me and she ended up represented by Gianelli. Knowledge of a lawsuit of course is not service. We will not be pursuing this matter. Von Watteville will have to serve us and Linda Carol who is in Boston.
So far Gianelli has written that it is about litigation matters, his retaliation over a declaration and witness tampering, emails that may have been concealed, an alleged "wanted poster," my emails to ICE informing them that I would subpoena their Chief Trial Counsel (and I will come up with the money to do so), etc. It is my personal opinion that KVW moved in here to intentionally target Paulette Brandt. She knew her when P. lived in NYC with the sister of the owner of Gold Star. That's where Phil Spector recorded. Phil Spector's legal team should give that some thought. Paulette invited Phillip to record there. I don't believe in "coincidences."
This lawsuit will be viewed as wire fraud also. It's federal as well due to the involvement of Linda Carol who resides in Boston and KVW's involvement in a federal tax matter. I have her comments about Cohen, the criminal tax fraud, etc.

I just found this from the LA Super Ct. on-line civil case index.
I have no involvement in this matter; I simply thought you would like to know.
Kelley Lynch just has to take things that one step way too far. This is the result.
It is rarely a good idea to print up and distribute fliers stating that a person is a con and a cheat, or to send out mass emails falsely (and in anger) calling someone a “dominatrix” or a “prostitute” or accusing that person of “defrauding” or “shading” an elderly man’s estate and then putting all of that on line.
Apparently all that and more was done in your name, to retaliate for not paying you rent. This is classic Kelley Lynch.
As for her attempts to “borrow” the $400 filing fee to initiate a groundless, time barred, utterly frivolous lawsuit, how many of the people that Kelley Lynch has borrowed money from in the last ten years (including Rutger, Karen, Eric, Ray, and Paulette) do you think she has paid back? (My guess would be none.)
How many of Kelley Lynch’s forays into the court system have been successful? (Same answer.)
Some people never learn. But I don’t think you are one of them.
