IRS, FBI, and DOJ,

This man wrote and slandered Dr. Dre to me this morning.  I haven't mentioned him.  How would he know what my relationship with Dr. Dre is or isn't and why is he slandering him?

I have not stolen from Leonard Cohen and he testified that I never stole from him - just his peace of mind.  Cohen didn't fire me.  I refused to meet with him, his tax lawyer, unravel their handiwork with respect to these entities, or privately hand over the corporate records that I felt Cohen wanted to alter, destroy, or conceal.  I never lost my mind.  I don't know this criminal stalker and haven't seen Cohen or Lindsey (unless they are in court perjuring themselves) for over 10 years.  The custody matter was coordinated.  Every word in that matter is a lie.  I have asked IRS, FBI, and DOJ to investigate the Killer King/SWAT incident.  The entire file is fraudulent, doesn't relate to me, and I was questioned about Phil Spector en route.  I'm not on welfare and have no idea where this man obtains this information about me.

How would a stranger who has stalked and harassed me, terrorized my sons, for years know what celebrities I speak with?  How would he know if I speak to, for example, Oliver Stone, Steven Segal, or even David Geffen?  I don't make drunken calls and have no substance abuse issues.  That's now Leonard Cohen's defense to legal issues.  Leonard Cohen is the individual with the long history of drug and alcohol abuse.  Cohen is the individual with highly embellished good rock 'n roll stories about Phil Spector, his participation in CIA's MK Ultra program, his role as recon during Bay of Pigs, his decision to join the Israeli military during Yom Kippur War (after giving the Sieg Heil on stage in Germany and attempting to start a riot in Israel high on LSD), and his ridiculous statements about Janis Joplin.  

Gianelli harassed me over Dr. Dre this morning because he is attempting to elicit information.  He is Leonard Cohen's co-conspirator, proxy, and represents his legal interests.  How would this criminal know if I would fit right in with Dre?  Gianelli has lied about the belly dancer I sent to the studio when Lindsey and Dre were recording.  He twists, spins, and tortures Cohen, Lindsey, and his fabricated narratives.

And now he's interested in talking about IRS, FBI, DOJ, and ICE?  

Would Dre call me a "snitch?"  What would he call this criminal who has publicly stated many times that Pat Dixon fears for his life over Eminem's song "Puke" and thinks Eminem wants to dry hump him?  What would Dre think about this criminal's public statements that Alan Jackson fears for his life over Eminem's song "Love the Way You Lie?"  What would Dr. Dre think about being dragged into Ray's custody matter or threats made to Gesar Mukpo, Rutger and Ray about Dr. Dre?  Is Compton in the house?  This criminal wouldn't know.  Does LAPD's Threat Management Unit have a problem with the celebrity known as Dr. Dre?  How Mike Lynne who was President of Aftermath Records?  Does LAPD"s TMU have a problem with him also?  If so, they can call them up and air their concerns.  I personally find it outrageous that a criminal stalker would write and slander Dr. Dre to me.  Gianelli wrote the bloody stump email horrifically slandering me and Oliver Stone.  

One thing I've been clear about:  if Gianelli or any Cohen/Lindsey clan member attempt to write a slander book or movie using this fabricated, defamatory articles, emails, and posts, they will be sued.  It's that simple.

You lead a rich fantasy life, but your days of access to celebrities like Dr. DRE are LONG OVER.

The entire world (literally) knows you were caught stealing from Leonard Cohen, fired as his manager, lost you mind, your son, your house, and now (11-years later) live in a $150 rented room on welfare and food stamps.

The celebrities you had in your cellphone address book stopped returning your phone calls and emails in 2005. One too many drunken phone calls at all hours of the day (and night).

I mentioned Dr. DRE showing up at a resort I was staying at because YOU emailed me yesterday with some nonsense about Dr. DRE “rolling up” with you “on this fool” and “Compton is in the house”, which is some kind of fantasy BS about you running in Dr. DRE’s circles.

As I pointed out, you would fit right in, except that Dr. DRE has no use for a 59 year old crazy woman who has let her self go and  spends most of her time trying to get people prosecuted by the IRS, FBI, Justice, ICE etc.

Dr. DRE’s crowd would call that (among other things) a “snitch”.

Why do I have criminally harassing emails from you today regarding my fee waiver application before the 9th Circuit, my RICO suits (against Cohen, City, County), comments I've made about defamatory articles related to Leonard Cohen and your slanderous statements, and Dr. Dre?  

What is your interest in Dr. Dre?  You have contacted Daniel Bergman, a man who lies excessively in court, violates court orders, and destroys children for a living.  Steve Lindsey and Daniel Bergman, who then ended up representing Cohen, dragged Dr. Dre, Mike Lynne (Aftermath Records), Ron Burkle, Don Ienner, Paul Burger and others into Ray's fraudulent default judgment custody matter.  That custody matter is based on fraud and perjury as well as an entirely fraudulent Killer King report.  I wasn't on hold there so stop lying.  There was no stand-off with LAPD.  I have many witnesses including one who phoned LAPD and couldn't believe their response.  LAPD itself concluded that my dog was my hostage and they were taking precautions so what is your issue?  You're obsessed with Killer King and SWAT although I don't know you.  You don't know my sons, sister, parents, ex-husbands, Scientist, Steven Machat, Jules Zalon, Paulette, the witnesses you've relentlessly harassed and targeted.  You are merely engaged in criminal conduct and have been since hearing from Kory and Rice in the spring of 2009.  

I won't rely on your slanderous statements about Dr. Dre and his entourage.  You're the individual who wrote the "bloody stump" email slandering me and Oliver Stone horrendously.  That was after Cohen and Kory went into Lindsey's office to stir up a custody matter by lying to him that I had sex with Oliver Stone.  You create monikers such as Kelly Green, Mongochilli, Marianne I. 14th Sheepdog, 17th Shitzu, etc.  You use your monikers to have online dialogues with yourself.  

You work in tandem with Michelle Blaine and Susanne Walsh, Cohen's fan.  You and Blaine targeted my Phil Spector blog.  Walsh had the Free Phil Spector Facebook page taken down.  You called and lied to Bruce Cutler to infiltrate Spector's defense.  You've done the same thing with IRS, FBI, DOJ, IRS Chief Trial Counsel's office, Bill Pavelic, and others.  You routinely lie to IRS, FBI, DOJ, Senate Judiciary, and so forth.  You argue Spector prosecution theories online re. Clarkson's DNA that was on the ammunition and falsely stated that the gun was Spector's.  Bruce Cutler and others, including Pavelic, have said it's not.  

Recently, you have emailed around your latest "blog article" slandering me and arguing Leonard Cohen's defense and legal positions.  That seems to be limited to calling me a "drunken slut" and lying about IRS and federal tax controversies.  You sent your defamatory article to the Scientist, a man you don't know you and someone you have criminally harassed.  Your client, who you helped defraud Paulette Brandt of $6,700 in rental arrears with, was posting on that blog article.  So was Kelly Green who "hates" Bruce Cutler.  I believe you are Kelly Green.  And, your gang of cyber-terrorists descended on Phawker to target me and attempt to lure my minor son into communicating with you privately.  That is all documented for FBI and others.

You have terrorized my sons for over six straight years and have lied about their signing their declarations.  I submitted them to IRS Chief Trial Counsel's office and Tax Court.  



You are now copying Alan Hootnick on slanderous emails.  Michele Rice encouraged you to harass and provoke me.  It evidently makes her "rich as fuck."  Robert Kory asked you to cc. him on your harassing emails.  

Your conduct is deranged.  You continue to argue Leonard Cohen's legal positions.  You are an amateur agent provocateur/infiltrator who has been relentlessly advised to cease and desist.  The includes by my sister's attorney, Jim Walker.  You harassed and stalked my appellate attorney, Francisco Suarez, for over a year.  He absolutely concluded that my trial was an IRS matter that demanded an IRS investigation.  He also felt that your conduct with Ray Lawrence (and Walsh) when he was asked to ship my evidence/property to Rice was a conspiracy to destroy evidence.  Your emails made my younger son physically ill.  You have copied my older son on emails with the City Attorney.  That caused him to confirm that you, Walsh, etc. are fruitcakes who stay up plotting about his mother and thunder buddies.  


You ahve lied about me to Steven Machat and transmitted the fraudulent expense ledger to him that was supported by Cohen and Prins' perjured declarations.


You contacted Sandra Jo Streeter by email in November 2012 harassing me, my sons, sister, Paulette Brandt, and others for over a year - copying in that office.  I have a right to refute the slander you transmit to government agencies and others.  You just sent me emails proving that you were attempting to have William Frayeh arrest me while you were relentlessly targeting me, Eric Salter, and others in Ft. Lauderdale.  You have lied about Richard Dallett and I have his emails confirming that fact.  

I do not know you.  My family doesn't know you.  Knowing someone's contact information does not give you the legal right to stalk, harass, slander, intimidate, threaten, or insult anyone.

Cease and desist.

BTW, Ms. Lynch, you like to trash talk like you are a friend of Dr. DRE.

I was a guest at a friend’s $10,000 a night villa in the Resort at Pedregal for a week (before moving to my own beach front villa at Las Ventanas on the Sea of Cortez side of Baja on January 6).

Dr. DRE showed up at the resort and he and his entourage made quite an impression on the other hotel guests (many of them families with young children) when they cursed up a storm (F-word this, B-word that) and threw their cigarettes into the pool. Definitely NOT a class act.

They were banned from the pool area and left the resort 48 hours later.

If figures that this is the role model you aspire to.
