Gianelli is questioning me about my RICO suit, the situation with Karina Von Watteville that will be addressed, and the declaration Linda Carol dictated and confirmed? Linda Carol also confirmed information for LAPD's TMU and contacted them independently about another incident with Von Watteville.
I have copied Linda Carol on this email. She was well aware, and was copied, that this information, her declaration and other details were being transmitted to IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, ICE, Senate Judiciary, FTB and others. That is what a federal court is going to be apprised of. I have all of Gianelli's emails harassing me, Linda Carol, and Paulette Brandt. The man is an unconscionable criminal now harassing my very old friend, Jules Zalon, who happens to be an extraordinary attorney. Nothing deters this man. He is Leonard Cohen's co-conspirator. Von Watteville contacted Kory after receiving Paulette Brandt's rental demand letter and ended up represented by Gianelli. There is fraud in the Small Claims case that will be addressed in answers to Von Watteville's baseless lawsuit which we have not been served. No one has attempted to serve anything either.
Please review this article. I have evidence that Karina Von Watteville encouraged Christian Slater's father to file this lawsuit. She met him at the food bank. This woman is a vexatious litigant and cases like the Sam Menning's matter will also be addressed.
Harassing and terrorizing witnesses over declarations and testimony is illegal. Gianelli engages in this conduct constantly. I do not believe that Linda Carol dictated an entirely fraudulent declaration and then lied to LAPD. Gianelli just wrote me about Linda Carol's declaration. Is he speaking to her while harassing me, Paulette Brandt, Jules Zalon, and others? Busy man. Definitely moonlighting for numerous parties.

Do I read your blog correctly – that the so called “Linda Carol Declaration” was initially prepared for small claims court but you now intend to attach it to your (contemplated) “federal court RICO suit” against Leonard Cohen, even though it relates exclusively to bad character allegations against Ms. Von Watteville who is not a party to your contemplated “RICO” suit?
I really cannot wait to see the resulting sua sponte district court order following the court’s section 1914 (e) review of the merits.
