Let's go through the
fraud one more time. First of all, please take a look at the Declaration
of Linda Carol as updated on May 16, 2015. DOJ should speak to LAPD's
TMU. Linda Carol confirmed information for them personally.
Gianelli and Von Watteville began harassing her. I have her emails.
This was and remains criminal witness tampering. The declaration falls
within the litigation privilege. It was dictated. When someone
dictates something that doesn't mean the person typing the notes is writing
it. I know this because I worked for men like Jules Zalon. Gianelli
did represent Von Watteville and at that time, with her copied in, he
transmitted false statements to federal agencies. I haven't seen her
complaint but I have seen her writing style in the Small Claims court where all
the details about her conduct, etc. have litigation privilege. I've sent
you the Sam Menning Trial Brief. I think it is highly instructive.
I didn't communicate
anything libelous. This fraud continues to represent KVW's legal
interests. I don't care what his opinion is. The man is a
shameless, middle class, wine tasting, terrorist and criminal.
You know I have a RICO
suit. I have said this repeatedly and forwarded various drafts to IRS,
FBI, DOJ and others. I have not divulged the content of my suit
publicly. Von Watteville did contact Kory, after receiving Paulette's
rental demand letter, and he told her to sue me. She then ended up
represented by Gianelli. Let me know if that is unclear. The
federal court will decide if there's a nexus - not Gianelli - who is attempting
to dissuade me, mislead me legally, and crimnially harassing me.
I don't believe a word
out of this liar's mouth so I don't care what he says. I haven't made any false
representations about anything he has said. Did Kory and Rice ask to be
omitted from all communications? Why? They think it's better for a
proxy to assist with their filthy lawyering?
So Gianelli received
confirmation that DOJ received and opened the "email." I'll let
the federal court know that he transmitted fraudulent information, via email,
and intends DOJ to rely on that information.
What was up with his
"case reference" in his email copied to Alan Hootnick? Does he
want to talk about CIA? It seems that way. He has told me numerous
times that Alan Hootnick is in CIA. I have no idea. Gianelli is
convinced. Did he hear that from someone at Bill's Bar in Hydra?
Maybe he heard it from Tara Cooper's mother (a tantric sex practicing
agent). Or perhaps Cohen, the alleged MK Ultra participant, confirmed this
for Gianelli. Or, it could be one of the retired CIA agents that are all
over Boulder, Colorado. I think Ronald Mitchell's wife is one of
"them" or so he has alleged. Hard to say right now and I don't
want to speculate further. As for the case he referenced: He [Gianelli] has no
idea how long my RICO complaint is or what evidence I will incorporate.
Incorporated evidence does not increase the length of the complaint. It
merely incorporates the evidence and supports the statements in the complaint
or facts conveyed in the declarations. I think it's best for the court to
see actual facts supported by evidence.
This criminal doesn't
know when to quit. That's my personal opinion.

Ms. Lynch,
1. I do not represent Ms. Von Watteville. I did not draft her
defamation complaint.
2. I was informally assisting Ms. Von Watteville in defending
Paulette Brandt’s time-barred small claims action for back-rent last summer ... REDACTED.
3. You mass communications and blog posts were libelous on their
face. In some of your emails you admitted you did not know whether or not the
accusations were true.
4. Under these circumstances, it was my opinion and remains my
personal opinion that Ms. Von Watteville has a good and meritorious defamation
suit against you.
5. You have no “RICO suit” pending against Leonard Cohen in
federal court as of today (I checked through PACER). Ms. Von Watteville has no
known affiliation with Leonard Cohen, Robert Kory or Michelle Rice although
(according to you) Ms. Von Watteville once spoke to Robert Kory on the
telephone prior to the hearing on Ms. Brandt’s small claims case against her.
Under these circumstances, it is hard to conceive of a nexus of any kind
between Ms. Von Wateville’s pending defamation action against you, Paulette
Brandt, and others, and your threatened (since 2009 but never filed) “federal
court RICO suit”. Indeed, it takes a flight of fanciful speculation to
reach that “conclusion” – which is utterly implausible on its face given the
facts you have alleged.
6. As I have repeatedly advised you, I do not represent or speak
for anyone in the world but myself. I am a retired lawyer living in a foreign
jurisdiction. I do not represent, nor do I speak for or have authority to speak
for Leonard Cohen, Robert Kory, Michelle Rice, Kory Rice LLP, or anyone else.
7. I am sending this email out as a “reply all” to correct the
your false representations about my alleged affiliations.

Yet another cease and
desist letter. This man continues to criminally harass and stalk Paulette
Brandt as well. I will send you the Von Watteville lawsuit once I am
served. I will also submit a writing sample to you so it can be
determined if a lawyer wrote her legal pleading. Her counter-claim in the
Small Claims suit was clearly written by her personally. She demanded
$10,000 for her willful refusal to pay her rental arrears. Robert Kory
advised her to sue me? Gianelli ended up representing her. I can
assure you that this lawsuit is retaliatory, baseless, strategic, etc.
It's also related to my RICO suit against Cohen. Therefore, it will be
attached as evidence to my RICO suit.
