This is the declaration Linda Carol (Murphy) dictated to me. I submitted various versions of it to her for approval as well as IRS, FBI, DOJ, and others. Stephen Gianelli relentlessly harassed Linda Carol over this declaration. It was initially being prepared for the Small Claims matter. This declaration is being submitted to the federal court together with KVW's baseless lawsuit once I'm served. Gianelli and KVW decided to harass me over her baseless lawsuit last night and then decided to harass Jules Zalon. I provided a declaration in the Small Claims case detailing much of what Gianelli says the lawsuit KVW just filed is about. Let me assure you that the criminal stalker is wrong when he says I'm afraid of this suit. That's their goal. He's also clear - they want me homeless. That's how desperate these criminals are.
Please review this document and see the additional comments Linda Carol provided me that were not incorporated. She understood that I had submitted this declaration to Judge Hess on June 23, 2015. I don't know why. Linda Carol also confirmed details of this declaration for LAPD's TMU.
