IRS, FBI, DOJ, and Senate Judiciary,

My stalker gives new meaning to the question "How do you know when a lawyer is lying?"  I have advised this criminal to cease and desist since he began his campaign of harassment, stalking, slander, intimidation, witness tampering, etc.  Gianelli is the individual who is relentlessly sending me emails.  I have responded when I deem it appropriate to correct the malicious lies contained in his emails.  They are frequently sent to third parties.  This particular email was copied to William Frayeh.  

For such a lofty ambulance chaser, the stalker doesn't understand basic principals such as freedom of speech?  There is no legal right in this country to harass, stalk, slander, and terrorize people over their writings - particularly when the individual who is doing the stalking is lying and slandering one.  The U.S. Supreme Court has concluded that the response to lies is the truth.

I don't insist on sending this criminal emails and all of his emails are forwarded to IRS, FBI, and DOJ because the parties involved in this campaign of harassing, stalking, etc. are pathological liars and psychopaths.  This is a very sick and twisted man as he is the individual who routinely lies to IRS, FBI, DOJ, ICE, and others.  This man is responding to nothing. He has been stalking me, my sons, family members, friends, and others for approximately 7 years now.  I have waived my rights?  I see that this man is clearly a member of California's infamous state bar.

I don't agree with his ridiculous disclaimer:  this man is an agent of Leonard Cohen's.

On the one hand you write “cease and desist” and on the other hand you continue to troll the internet for information about me, post pictures of me at parties you found on the internet with derisive comments, and send me emails (over 30 in the last 24-hours).

You also persist in trying all of your preposterous, outlandish, and frivolous legal contentions (past, pending and threatened)   in the court of public opinion through mass emails ostensibly to law enforcement, but copied to individuals, legal professionals, media outlets and others, and then republished on your public blog.

If you insist on sending me emails, taking my name in vane on your blog, and in trying your legal issues ( real,  manufactured and imaginary) in the court of public opinion, I will continue to deconstruct your lies, misrepresentations and pseudo legal theories with factual and legal truth.

As the recipient of 20,000 +/- harassing emails from you and as the object of scores of false accusations of criminality you have sent out over the last six years to every law enforcement and tax authority you have ever come into contact with, I have earned the right to respond. Since you chose to publish every intimate detail of your personal and legal affairs in mass emails copied to me and on your blog, you have waived the right to object.

Let me clarify something for you.  I wrote Senate Judiciary about this issue - not you.  You are a criminal and someone engaged in stalking, harassment, witness tampering, obstruction of justice, intimidation tactics, and have now retaliated with your client, Karina Von Watteville.  I have not been served her lawsuit but I have no doubt it is baseless and filled with fraudulent misrepresentations.  When I am served, I will respond appropriately.  No one defamed Karina Von Watteville and that includes through Paulette Brandt's Small Claims case, the declaration Linda Carol was preparing, or the retaliation against Carol for providing that declaration.  The situation with that declaration is blatant criminal witness tampering and this will be explained to whatever court this matter ends up before.  Your lies to federal agencies on behalf of your client will be addressed.  

I don't believe a word you utter.  You are a pathetic and sadistic liar who has relentlessly targeted me, my sons, and others for years now.  I cannot imagine why you are not in prison.

I didn't start talking to you about removal to federal court.  I wrote the Senate Judiciary.  I can assure you that you are not part of the Senate Judiciary although you have lied to them as well.  You routinely lie to agencies, third parties, and others.  I will let all courts know that you have once again issued an ultimatum for me to silence myself or submit to your vicious ad hominem attacks, slander, harassment, and blatantly illegal conduct.  You are Leonard Cohen's agent and I see right through your rotten tactics.  Everyone intelligent does.
