A great deal about the DA of Los Angeles (vis a vis me) has been concealed - from the jurors and in Captain Jack Horvath's LIE to the court. I have advised the DA's office that I intend to sue them and have asked Phil Spector to join me. Do you think that might lead to the unconscionable governmental conduct that just took place at my trial - including Cooley's preposterous attempt to take out a restraining order against me over satirical emails (the entire thread of which was concealed from the court - including the first email that clearly states I was thinking about running for President, as the Wedding Party, and would clean up corruption, etc.). I don't know how Cooley's attempt to obtain the denied restraining order can be addressed but I think it should be addressed because it probably affected sentencing which, as the Lieutenant noted, was inconceivable. I want the appellate court, in the Introduction, to understand the totality of circumstances - including the fact that Cohen sought the Boulder TRO after Ann Diamond publicly posted her draft article for Rolling Stone (this is well documented and she was threatened) but has now testified that he was concerned I would attend his concert in Denver approximatley 10 months later. I didn't and that's absurd. I wouldn't sit in the room with this man when my lawyers demanded a meeting with him and Westin (October 2004) and asked - what type of exposure they exposed me to and noted that his tax lawyer was the architect of these entities ... at Cohen's direction and with the assistance of Neal Greenberg and others. The letter Investigator William Frayeh hand delivered to Steve Cooley and Alan Jackson was concealed from my jurors. It's relevant and I think there are material facts in that letter. Are they randomly reading my alleged emails? Cohen testified that Cooley or people near him were reading my emails. Who told him that? The investigator he was LUNCHING with? How outrageous is that? Cohen's testifying about Phil Spector and a gun with a DA investigator present - draw your own conclusions. Cohen lied about the IRS and the refund. It was concluded that the default judgment proved no facts. It illegally altered my federal and state tax returns and I have spoken with Doug Davis/FTB about that specific issue. The two companies Cohen snuck into the default are not listed as parties to the suit and I am also a beneficial owner, as Sony notes in evidence I have and which have been provided to the IRS. I would also like the fact that people feel the City Attorney of District Attorney would further target or charge me addressed. That is unconscionable governmental conduct and prosecutorial misconduct and error is a HUGE issue here - Streeter's lies are extensive, including her lies about assets, etc. Cohen and I were NOT in a "dating relationship" and there's no domestic violence. I also wasn't served the Cali order and Berkeley PD seemed clear - neither they nor I understood why they were arresting me and they understood that I had no idea a restraining order was in place. That's why there is such a thing called DUE DILIGENCE, particularly when an individual can be arrested and jailed. The issues with service (and also fraud and perjury in proofs of service) vis a vis me is outrageous. And then there are the orders procured by fraud. That's quite heavy. Streeter is in the Domestic Violence Family Unit. Cohen and I never had a "dating relationship" or anything that even faintly resembled one. The notion is factually absurd but these people will do anything. Detective Viramontes/LAPD has not as yet sent me the statements of mine he was using to update his report. He advised me that he would fax this to Agent Tejeda/IRS (who he called) and email it to Agent Sopko/Treasury. I will now send him a certified letter. | |
