To the IRS and FBI,
I called Streeter's supervisor to report that there are public
allegations that Streeter or the DA's office could possibly further
retaliate against me and mentioned that this seems like a witch hunt.
Issues I addressed are: retaliation; intent to annoy - and noted that
Leonard Cohen has written a book (Beautiful Losers) that is considered
the most obscene book ever published in Canada); Steve Cooley -
Horvath lied (they rolled by my house in 2005) and did not attach the
original email in the thread proving it's satire (I asked if he thinks
(I'm President, running for the Wedding Party, and appointed the
directors of the FBI and CIA, and cleaning up corrupt politicians -
which might give me the vote, I might add); Jonathan Maihart -
Streeter's lies about him with respect to the charges (DROPPED) re.
Kory and Rice (not on the Colorado order) - Brian Bennett advised me
to report him to the Watch Commander/LAPD when I felt his conduct was
out of control but he was very nice to Kory and Kory apologized to him
- he went there to pick up Kory's letter to my losers (they lost it)
about their attempts to freeze Rutger and my CNB accounts (Boies
Schiller told me this was illegal and criminal - Streeter objected); I
am now exposed to dangerously unstable individuals. I raised Stephen
"Jihad" Gianelli and noted that Investigator Frayeh felt he may have
found a "sympathetic ear" about me with Alan Jackson); the actual IRS
matter with Cohen, the refund that is now being challenged -
discovered at trial; the lies about the IRS, etc.; the fact that Cohen
and I were not in a "dating relationship"; Streeter's lies to the
court that I am estranged from certain family members (the judge in
the other matter knows this is a bald-faced lie as he refused to
permit my older son to take the stand - which is outrageous); the
Whole Foods matter (that now has the Killer King situation inserted
into a deposition that will be litigated); the Phil Spector gun story;
Boies Schiller advised me to go wired to my meeting with Kory (he
testified about it) and told me they were attempting to engage me in
criminal activity; Boies Schiller advised the evidence (provided to
the iRS and in storage) and confirmed - he owes you millions; and, the
fact that "Steven Machat's" name is highlighted in the D/A copy of the
concealed email thread attached to Horvath's LIE to the court about
me.
There is NO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. We were not in a "dating relationship"
and the 1101 evidence needs to be thrown out and it's an outrage. You
cannot obtain a verdict via lies, fraud, and perjury. There are laws
about that conduct and it doesn't include a prosecutor (gushing in the
phone about a celebrity) lying to the court, my jurors, and the news
media. Did she think she could advance her career? That's my theory.
She was practically prancing. She was nervous - about the LA Times -
when she broke the podium. She was and remains unconscionable and
should absolutely be investigated for her lies to the jury about the
IRS. I didn't use any matter as a ruse to contact Cohen. I cannot
stand the man. I asked why Streeter raise the lack of service re. the
default judgment. I was homeless and wasn't served. This doesn't go
to character.
I will, of course, call this man back within a few days. Let me
reiterate - I have let Streeter's supervisor know that this situation
has exposed me to dangerously unstable people who are aligned with
Alan Jackson, Steve Cooley, and Leonard Cohen.
