To the FBI,
Walsh/Sanneka thinks I have to brush up on my religious knowledge. I know and am friends with many Muslim individuals from Saudi Arabia, Libya, and other Middle Eastern countries. I understand both forms of jihad – an inner, peaceful transformation and violent jihad which has to do with a religious war. I have followed your case against “Jihad Jane” and understand she was involved with violent jihad and plotted to murder someone – with others – in a European country. I am not saying that Gianelli is Muslim. I am using this term as a euphemism for “terrorist” because that’s how I view him and his unconscionable targeting of my family, etc.- including when he was legally advised to cease and desist by my sister’s attorney. I have no idea what religion would accept Jihad Gianelli. Perhaps he and Cohen has formed a religion that permits lying, slander, theft, drugs, homicidal fantasies, and violent mental states. I don’t know what that religion would be but it most certainly wouldn’t apply to Buddhism or my Muslim friends. I am not slandering Jihad Gianelli. That would be humanly [im]possible, from my perspective, and I continue to believe that the FBI should arrest and charge this man – for criminal witness tampering, criminal witness intimidation, criminal stalking and harassment, etc. Walsh is correct – I have said the identical things in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012. That’s because I am telling the truth – Leonard Cohen committed criminal tax fraud, I reported it and provided the IRS with evidence, and was dragged into Phil Spector’s matter, told I was probably a witness by Investigator John Thompson (with Detective Silva present), and believe he was railroaded or set up – and that would include the prosecutions use of a different version of the Leonard Cohen/Phil Spector gun story than he testified to on the stand at my trial. That’s my nickname for this cyber-terrorist – Jihad Gianelli. That’s also my personal opinion. The man is a terrorist who should be charged and arrested by the FBI – including if he uttered one lie to Agent Wynar/Oakland FBI about me. I would assume he attempted to determine what the IRS was doing with respect to Leonard Cohen. He appears to attempt to infiltrate matters and also appears to attempt to sabotage matters – like the Dallas FBI/Aryan Nation/murder investigation involving my acquaintance’s family. I only met the man because I ended up homeless and fortunately (because it was dangerous and Cohen owes me millions and Lindsey owes me hundreds of thousands for his daughter’s education, etc.) this man – and others – decided to protect me. That goes to character, from my perspective, and I have attempted to repay his kindness (although did not want to hear these versions of events the FBI was investigating) by trying to help him register in biology at SMC and encouraging him to stay on the straight and narrow because his family sounds like an absolute criminal enterprise. Feel free to quote me. The man’s own nephews were afraid he would murder them. Jihad Gianelli publicly wrote that I was a “snitch.” Whatever I am. I stand by my words and please note that my acquaintance was copied in on one email setting forth certain details and personally responded, confirming receipt. This man cannot stop slandering me. And, he has motive. That is obvious to me. It should be obvious to the IRS and FBI.
All the best, Kelley

This is really kind of cute, Kelley Lynch think a "Jihad" is a "terrorist", I think she needs to brush up on her religious knowledge. Actually a Jihad is a positive thing in Islam, However, if KL has no evidence or proof that Mr. Gianelli is in fact a muslim prayer(book), she is lying about him and depending on Mr. Gianelli's religious orientation, perhaps slandering him, so take that Ms. Lynch (I am smiling), but I believe that it is impossibe for Ms. Lynch to shift the gears in her brain, the nonsense she writes today (and yesterday, and the day before) is exactly the same as what she wrote in 2009, 2010, 2011 and first half of 2012 and all to the same people, and I honestly believe her brain cannot change to not calling Mr. Gianelli "Jihad", it has been burned into her brain.

Pennsylvania Woman Pleads Guilty in Plot to Recruit Violent Jihadist Fighters and to Commit Murder Overseas
Eastern District of Pennsylvania
| PHILADELPHIA—Colleen R. LaRose, aka “Jihad Jane,” 47, pleaded guilty today to all counts of a superseding indictment charging her with conspiracy to provide material support to terrorists, conspiracy to kill in a foreign country, making false statements, and attempted identity theft. LaRose faces a maximum potential sentence of life in prison and a $1 million fine when sentenced.
The guilty plea, which was entered today before U.S. District Court Judge Petrese B. Tucker, was announced by Assistant Attorney General for National Security David Kris, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Zane David Memeger, and Special Agent-in-Charge George Venizelos, of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Philadelphia Division.
LaRose, a U.S. citizen and former resident of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, was charged by indictment in March 2010. A superseding indictment was filed in April 2010, adding co-defendant Jamie Paulin Ramirez, a U.S. citizen and former resident of Colorado. Ramirez is awaiting trial which is scheduled to begin May 2, 2011.
According to documents filed with the court, LaRose and her co-conspirators recruited men on the Internet to wage violent jihad in South Asia and Europe and recruited women on the Internet who had passports and the ability to travel to and around Europe in support of violent jihad.
There are two commonly accepted meanings of jihad: an inner spiritual struggle and an outer physical struggle.[1] The "greater jihad" is the inner struggle by a believer to fulfill his religious duties.[1][5] This non-violent meaning is stressed by both Muslim[6] and non-Muslim[7] authors.
The "lesser jihad" is the physical struggle against the enemies of Islam.[1] This physical struggle can take a violent form or a non-violent form. The proponents of the violent form translate jihad as "holy war",[8][9] although some Islamic studies scholars disagree.[10] The Dictionary of Islam[1] and British-American orientalist Bernard Lewis both argue jihad has a military
meaning in the large majority of cases.[11] Some scholars maintain non-violent ways to struggle against the enemies of Islam. An example of this is written debate, often characterized as "jihad of the pen".[12]
