Mr. Riordan,
I have asked Phil Spector to join me in a lawsuit against the Los
Angeles District Attorney's office. I know for a fact that the
following two individuals, as well as you and Doron Weinberg, should
have received a subpoena. Dale Kelly can impeach Captain Jack
Horvath's lie that I simply decided to contact the DA's office in 2007
- the year I was told I was "probably a witness" in Phil Spector's
matter, by Investigator John Thompson. I also spoke to Jeff
Jonas/Major Fraud Unit, in 2006, about my complaint to the Major Fraud
Unit re. Cohen's theft from me (millions and the IRS has been provided
evidence of this, as the DA was told - the State of Kentucky's Fraud
Unit asked me to send them everything I sent the IRS - that was Mr.
Rob Watts) and his egregious tax fraud that follows him (in the U.S.
and Canada) and probably dates to the time Cohen originally applied
for and received a green card (abandoned after Marty Machat's death
and re-obtained due to the fact, as he told me, that the IRS does not
ask where you paid taxes the prior year while Canada Revenue does -
hence the fact that Canada's National Treasure cannot live in Canada).
I reported the criminal negligence in Rutger's Whole Foods matter,
the egregious harassing and stalking by Stephen "Jihad" Gianelli (and
others) - which I also raised as an issue with Detective
Viramontes/LAPD and asked if any alleged emails were addressed to LAPD
about this activity. My lawyer wanted to know what LAPD did with
respect to that. I have no idea - nothing. I'm not a celebrity.
There are now public allegations about retaliation on the part of -
among others - the prosecutor. I will file an additional complaint
with her Supervisor and the State Bar. I have, as you know, already
filed a Complaint with the City Attorney's Office and advised them of
the evidence concealed, fraud, perjury, lies, etc.
Another individual I believe should have received a subpoena is Paul
Huebl. Paul, who I have spoken with, advised me that he believed Phil
Spector was set up. He felt the set up began when Alhambra PD
wrongfully tased Phillip (although this doesn't explain the activity
of the DA - which I have been very vocal about and now that "Steven
Machat' and a "fan of Alan Jackson's" have beene highlighted on the
D/A Copy of Horvath's LIE to the court (including about the satirical
email which my friends want to testify about) it appears to bolster my
theory that there is political retaliation taking place here. I
intend to copy and mail that email to you, with Horvath's letter, and
copies of Streeter's emails with Cohen - that address a different
version of the gun story than the prosecutors used against Phil
Spector re. Leonard Cohen.
Stephen "Jihad" Gianelli and Sanneka (Susanne Walsh, I believe - a fan
of Leonard Cohen's) are lying about me and slandering me. Mr.
Riordan, how would Jihad Gianelli know whether or not you and I have
spoken or communicated with one another? They have no idea what Phil
Spector wrote me at Lynwood and it was in response to Bruce Cutler's
letter to the judge which I find unconscionable and believe he should
INDEED have handed that information over to Phil Spector and his legal
team - I was looking at an email about Phillip and a gun, Cohen
testified about Phillip and a gun (and that's not the version of
events the prosecutors probably presented in statements to the Grand
Jury, as Mick Brown notified me during the trial when he wrote about
those statements that he originally wrote were "testimony"), and other
matters related to Phil Spector - for instance, Steve Cooley and Alan
Jackson, as well as a DA investigator in the courtroom. If he was
"Captain Jack Horvath," the man is a "witness" against me and should
not - according to the bail judge - have been in the courtroom,
including when Cohen was testifying about a gun and Phil Spector.
Jihad Gianelli is lying about the IRS and FBI. He thinks this is
amusing. He is aligned with Cohen, appears to be a shady character,
and - according to Investigator Frayeh - may have found a sympathetic
ear with prosecutor Alan Jackson about me. And no, I have not set
forth my actual opinions on the judge but people feel he's corrupt and
his actions may have something to do about having a celebrity in his
courtroom. Of course, the LASD Lieutenant should receive a subpoena
now with respect to his views on the "sentencing."

P.S. My letters to Cutler were signed "All the best, Kelley" but
Jihad Gianelli and Sanneka have lied and publicly stated they were
signed "Love, Kelley." I wonder what the lying quack, Baca, was told.
I know this - based on the jail psychiatrist's evaluation (that I
requested), I have a serious lawsuit against Streeter and Baca who
wanted me drugged and committed. There are allegations that I will
spend the rest of my life in jail or committed. I think the IRS and
FBI should absolutely investigate those assertions. My lawyers felt
Streeter, or the DA, could further target me and I was told - by my
lawyer - that there is a problem with one juror (and possible juror
misconduct), the prosecutor attempted to sabotage an IRS matter (not
knowing what the IRS is or isn't doing but lying about assets, me,
etc. - I don't want to contact Cohen and we're NOT in a "dating
relationship" - see his own testimony, at the bail hearing also) and
felt the DA was present because they don't want the Phil Spector
verdict overturned. Speak to my lawyers. That's a privilege I am
more than happy to extend.
