Francisco, I have just sent you, Dennis Riordan, and the IRS, FBI, DOJ, and Treasury the email I received from Steven Machat.  I want the fact that his name was "highlighted" on the D/A/ copy of the satirical email Horvath attached to his letter (lying to the court about  me) that concealed the entire thread including the first email.  I think that bolsters my argument that this is some form of political retaliation. My friend, who is with me now, said "fuck" is not an obscenity - it's an "EXPLETIVE" and the U.S. Supreme Court has weighed in on the definition of obscenity.  This man said Cohen's "fucked up" when I said he looked at people defecating on one another on the internet in my presence.  He cannot believe Cohen's lyric "Give Me Crack Or Anal Sex."  And, he cannot understand how Cohen testified that I have failed to file tax returns or owe the IRS taxes.  He cannot.  And now Gianelli is further slandering me.  Leonard Cohen has no access to my tax returns and has no idea what I've filed - he knows that I have been prevented from filing my federal and state tax returns for the years 2004 and 2005 BECAUSE HE REFUSES TO HAND OVER THE ACCOUNTING, TAX, AND FINANCIAL documentaiton I require.  I have been clear - I owe no taxes and will address ALL HIS THEFT on my 2004 and 2005 taxes when the IRS - per Viramontes/LAPD - obtains the information he has now told me they are obligated to obtain.  That is not an IRS reporting or filing requirement.  Agent Tejeda/IRS could clearly have addressed that on the stand and he could have addressed the fact that Cohen cannot testify that I owe the IRS monies.  Streeter LIED about the assets and I want her nailed on that - it needs to be addressed on appeal.  It mislead jurors and Nikhil said one jury raised that as an issue on debriefing.  Others wanted information about the IRS which was concealed.  This is not a guess - this is a juror debriefing. For the record, per Steven Machat's request, I will communicate with him privately from here on out.
