To the IRS and FBI,
Please review Jihad Gianelli and fellow cyber-terrorists slander and
false accusations about me, a threat that I will be returned to jail,
lies about my views on the trial judge (these are other people's
speculative opinions), threats, etc. I have attached a copy that has
my responses in bold/red in case that does not come through on the
email. I have asked Phil Boche, who is (or his colleague) handling
the next so-called "progress hearing" (and must have the facts and
understand the totality of circumstances to properly represent me)
that this action exposed me to dangerously unstable individuals who
are aligned with Leonard Cohen and appear to be aligned with Steve
Cooley and Alan Jackson. Mr. Boche should be clear that nearly all
requirements of probation have been completed, the judge may contact
Captain Bornman/EBI Bureau re. the requirements, Judge Reuben re. the
MERIT program, the evidence I have (including evidence Captain Bornman
is aware of that I brought to Mr. Boche's attention at the last
hearing), my evaluation with the jail psychiatrist, and the fact that
I now have three legal interpretations of the judge's sentence and
order, my copy does not match his and is NOT a transcript (I was
personally served the order by the Bailiff and that's what Mr. Boche
had a copy of as well), and that the probation requirements appear
unconstitutionally vague since everyone is interpretting them
differently. LASD had no idea, evidently, that there was a
psychological evaluation requirement prior to my release and they have
lawyers reviewing these orders. I have no alcohol problems but that
requirement is finished. I have no mental health issues and have
spoken with Sharmapa and other Tibetan Buddhist lamas. And, Mr. Boche
is aware that the truth is the defense to slander and I will not
tolerate being slandered in a court of law (by a judge or anyone else,
including a prosecutor) and have privacy rights. I will attend the
hearing with a male witness and another individual in case I am
slandered or anyone lies about me.

I know for a fact that LAPD lied about my having a hostage and access to a registered gun when SWAT rolled by. I know for a fact there are problems with LAPD and the June 2005 automobile accident and Thomas Bradshaw (driver who rear-ended me) has problems with his insurance company who told me he lied to the police. The police advised me, in the emergency room – when I had head trauma and a broken nose (my dog, who was in the car, hit the console and has since died) that Thomas Bradshaw advised them that he rear-ended me. I know for a fact that Steve Cooley was raised at my trial, has clearly lied about Phil Spector, and had his investigator file a letter lying to the court re. sentencing and attaching a partial email (the original was concealed) that was satirical, addressed California’s penal code with respect to willfully perjuring oneself to attain a conviction and sentencing someone to death (Phil Spector has essentially received a death sentence), etc. I know for a fact that Alan Jackson has lied about Phil Spector and refuses to respond to the letter Investigator William Frayeh delivered to him – that also addresses Leonard Cohen’s criminal tax fraud and evidence. I know for a fact that Leonard Cohen, Michelle Rice, and Robert Kory have perjured themselves in court at my trial. I know for a fact that Lindsey lied in my younger son’s custody matter. I have addressed Jihad Gianelli and his gang of cyber-terrorists who appear to have motive. Prosecutor Sandra Jo Streeter lied through her teeth to the bail judge, the trial judge, and the jurors, and she lied in documents about me. She lied about the assets and she concealed a tremendous amount of evidence from the jurors that I am now sharing with my lawyers. I have now been told that Cohen and Kory contacted LAPD, Boulder PD, and S&MPD. My attorney in Colorado suspected that and advised me that he personally felt the Los Angeles DA had the power and motive to take me to Killer King and question me about Phil Spector. I know that the entire Killer King file is falsified. I don’t think the trial judge in Colorado lied – I think she should have charged Cohen and the process server with perjury and the proceedings – as they related to Cohen’s declaration, etc. were based on fraud, perjury, lies, and concealment. As for the trial judge who entered a default against me – he should review the fraudulent proof of service and the default judgment Streeter showed me. I was homeless at the time and it was mailed to my former home in Brentwood. Furthermore, the news media jumped on the allegations that Cohen entered a judgment against me in March 2006. I have no idea how that information leaked or why. The trial judge in this latest insane matter refused to permit Agent Tejeda/IRS to take the witness stand and therefore his testimony was concealed from my jurors – and that would include with respect to the illegal K-1s from LC Investments, LLC that cannot be reconciled with the fraudulent expense ledger Cohen attached to his retaliatory lawsuit and the income it lists from LC Investments, LLC for the year 2004. There are other issues Tejeda could have testified about – including the fact that I reported Cohen’s criminal tax fraud to the IRS, provided the IRS with abundant evidence, and the refund in no way closes their file re. those allegations, etc. There is an upcoming “progress hearing” and a Motion will be filed at that time that should address the dangerously unstable individuals (such as Stephen “Jihad” Gianelli) who continue to target me. I have asked Detective Viramontes/LAPD if he saw alleged emails to LAPD that are complaints about Gianelli’s conduct, etc., and the relentless targeting of my sons and other family members. Viramontes/LAPD noted in his report that the alleged emails are generally requests for tax information. He has now phoned Agent Tejeda/IRS and is faxing Agent Tejeda/IRS and emailing Agent Sopko/Treasury my statement in his updated report. I met with a psychiatrist prior to my release and am aware of her evaluation. LASD did not see this requirement and I have three separate legal interpretations of the unconstitutionally vague order – and then there is my copy and the copy that Phil Boche reviewed with me. I am not dangerously unstable and deranged. I have asked the IRS and FBI to investigate the totality of circumstances including the cyber-terrorists who appear to be aligned with Leonard Cohen, Steve Cooley, Alan Jackson, and Pat Dixon.

He-He, yes what a neat little club of "partners in crime" we are, and then again, we have never been arrested, charged with crimes, put on trial, sentenced or been in prison,on the other hand Ms. Lynch has experienced all of the above at least once,and in addition to all that stuff, there is several statements and evidence to the fact that she is severely disturbed and more often than not (at least when she is going on and on and on with all her accusations of everybody else)very intoxicated.
Funny how she is so determined to insist that she was charged with "intend to annoy" and not for harassment, does it really matter, when her method of annoying her victimm was harassment per E-mail and phone messages?? The intent to annoy will be addressed and the U.S. Supreme Court has addressed the definition of obscenity which might fit Cohen although perhaps “Give me crack and anal sex” or “Don’t Go Home With Your Hard On,” a poem mto a 15 year old girl, and the most obscene book ever published in Canada have literary value. Watching individuals defecate on one another, on the internet, with your personal manager does not have any value whatsoever – unless you’re a pervert. There is no evidence that I am severely disturbed but there is evidence that Cohen – with a sound engineer – tampered with the volume, speed, and sound of the voicemails that aren’t date or time stamped, per Viramontes/LAPD. I wasn’t charged with harassment and just because Walsh is an obvious idiot with no understanding of U.S. or California laws doesn’t change that fact.
Also, can't Ms.Lynch see the difference between her use of profanity, used as an "intend to annoy" on phone messages to people she either doesn't know, or people who she is prohibited from contacting, and the profanity an artist uses in books and songs. KL states that she was not on trial for her "creative writing" (to Cutler), Leonard Cohen was not on trial for his use of profanity in his work, in fact Leonard Cohen has NEVER been on trial for anything, but still he is "the criminal, the liar, the drug addict" etc.along with everybody who see the picture a bit more clear than KL.

“Intent to annoy” is not proven by putting a liar, and admitted perjurer with motive, on the stand to testify that he’s annoyed and thinks of me when he sees cars. That goes to his psychiatrist state, drug abuse, alcohol abuse, history of lying and embellishing stories, and history of theft. This is all publicly documented and feel free to contact Steven Machat (highlighted by the D/A’s office in a satirical email of mine which is quite frightening) regarding the fact that Cohen has stolen from him, his father, and Phil Spector. I was not on trial for either “Love, Kelley” or “All the best, Kelley” – not was I on trial for creative writing. Cutler’s letter is hearsay and he said he destroyed the evidence but I still have a right to confront him. He should have handed my letters over to Phil Spector and his legal team. One must take into consideration the other individual’s use of obscenities, profanities, etc. Cohen’s on the record using words like “fuck.” Leonard Cohen has, from what I can tell, committed criminal tax fraud, defrauded the U.S. government egregiously, cannot live in Canada although he’s their national treasure due to residence/tax issues, has a long and public history of psychiatric ailments, drug and alcohol abuse, etc. and he should have been forced to have a psychiatric evaluation when he testified that he thinks of me when he sees a car which is paranoid and may be indicative of borderline personality disorder that was drug induced. He lied and said I assailed his reputation but his nickname was Captain Mandrax (after quualudes) and he is on tape (in the film he stole from Steven Machat) doing strong LSD in Israel. Leonard Cohen’s excessive lies, fraud, perjury, concealment, and motive will be addressed on appeal.
Oh yes, I am guilty of one of KL's charges, I am a fan of Leonard Cohen, I saw him a month ago and he looked absolutely wonderful...
I think there’s been a film written about Walsh – it’s called FATAL ATTRACTION.

Finally realizing that it might not have been the most prudent course of action to publicly accuse her sentencing judge of being a "corrupt" bribe taker and her prosecutor, Sandra Jo Streeter of being a "star struck liar with her rolls of fat pressed into spandex" who should be investigated and prosecuted by the IRS for "interfering with an IRS matter" - since the court has supervision over her for the next five years while she remains on probation - Lynch has now written the IRS and posted on her blog that Lynch has lodged a complaint with Ms. Streeter's supervisor alleging "retaliatory prosecution".
I haven’t realized anything having to do with what is a prudent course of action but Jihad Gianelli, as usual, is lying about me. I don’t know if the judge is corrupt, a bribe taker, impressed with a celebrity, or what his problem was – these are possible motives people are now assigning him. That is the judge’s problem now and has nothing to do with me. As for Streeter – this woman lied about me relentlessly, was gushing in a cell phone about the celebrity Cohen, broke a podium and something else, concealed evidence from the jurors, lied to two judges, slandered and defamed me, and absolutely dressed in the most absurd fashion I have ever seen for an alleged professional. She looked more like a hooker than a prosecutor and I expressed my disbelief to my lawyers. Perhaps she wanted to look sexy for Cohen since she was gushing about him, prancing around the courtroom, and baby talking the judge. I asked my lawyers if the judge knew she was lying. I have filed complaints against Streeter (not necessarily for “retaliatory prosecution” – those are Jihad Gianelli’s words and he has put them in quotes) for the reasons her Supervisor must understand. I have brought evidence to his attention. I have mentioned Agent Tejeda/IRS – Streeter knew we issued a subpoena to him. Streeter absolutely appeared to attempt to sabotage an IRS matter and interfered with my future litigation issues with her lies and slander. She is in no position to interpret what the IRS is or is not doing and lied to the jurors that this is the “unraveling of a con” and lied when she essentially advised them that the IRS matter was a ruse for me to allegedly contact Cohen. Malicious prosecution and prosecutorial misconduct and error come to mind. I have absolutely emailed the IRS, although Jihad Gianelli was not copied in on that email but was advised to CEASE AND DESIST, because one of my lawyers and I believe she should be investigated for her actions – by the IRS and FBI. I have advised the IRS and FBI that I am waiving attorney/client privilege so that they may speak freely to my public defenders.
