To the IRS Commissioner's Staff,
I wonder why the IRS binder wasn't entered into evidence and I would like more details on the subpoena issued to Agent Tejeda/IRS and the conversations he had with my trial lawyer. Thank you. This situation demands an investigation, obviously. Disabuse me? I doubt it. I have never seen so many liars in my entire life. Joel Lofton has been advised to inform whichever lawyer breached attorney/client privilege when he spoke to Stephen Gianelli to cease and desist AND to have both trial lawyers formally withdraw as my trial lawyers. I will privately discuss this situation with Francisco Suarez who wrote me that this trial is an IRS case and demands an investigation. He's correct.
All the best,
Kelley
