To the FBI,
I find what is going on in Los Angeles is far worse than any activity on the part of the FBI and it is going totally unchecked, journalists remain uninterested, and the ACLU has not addressed the situation. The reason I feel this way is because the FBI is tasked with investigating terrorism and protecting this nation and its citizens. Clearly, that is a very serious and dangerous situation and there is a very public debate taking place about the situation which I feel is appropriate and necessary. That is not true for Los Angeles.
Innocent citizens are under surveillance by law enforcement and the City Attorney/District Attorney for matters involving celebrities who have civil litigation issues - such as wrongful conversion, fraud, defamation, divorces, and so forth. These agencies are monitoring online speech based on hearsay allegations. People are being charged for saying they view major and minor celebrities (who lie and take the stand and perjure themselves) as perjurers. I've documented these abuses for the IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, and Phil Spector's legal team. This is a highly abusive situation and innocent people are being crushed and destroyed. And yet there is no dialogue whatsoever. Journalists, who may have access to the major or minor celebrity at a later date, are covering up facts, details, and spinning the stories for the celebrity. And, there is a further abusive situation that involves the defense bar in Los Angeles and their clients. It appears to involve a sleazy culture of cronyism between Hollywood lawyers, the District Attorney, the City Attorney, and LAPD. Have you watched the Alisa Spitzberg raid? That should scare the hell out of everyone in the United States. It related to a misdemeanor. Fortunately, REDACTED prevailed in her matter with the City Attorney's office but it has all the same markings of my case. The same is true for Coyote Shivers. And then there is the Scientist. There are other innocent victims as well.

I do believe that the ACLU should help address this situation. It is pathetic, an absolute waste of taxpayer dollars, and an overwhelmingly sickening abuse of the LA celebrity justice system. The corruption involves the abuse of restraining orders, lack of service or notification, concealment of evidence, etc. It is malicious and it is out of control.
