Kelley Lynch Sentenced To 18 Months In Jail – Read Leonard Cohen’s Full Statement To Court

The LA Times, as always, weighs in for the celebrity and covers up the corruption in Los Angeles.
In continuing converge of the trial of Kelley Lynch, Leonard Cohen’s former manager, for harassment of Cohen, Hailey Branson-Potts of the Los Angeles Times reports in Leonard Cohen’s former business manager jailed for harassment ( April 18, 2012) that after being found guilty last week by a jury on five counts of violating no-contact protective orders and two counts of repeatedly contacting Leonard Cohen with the intent to annoy or harass (see full story at Jury Finds Kelley Lynch Guilty Of Harassing Leonard Cohen), Kelley Lynch was sentenced yesterday by Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Robert C. Vanderet to 18 months in Los Angeles County jail for violating restraining orders and sending Cohen and others thousands of harassing email and voice mail messages.
LA Superior Court works beautifully for celebrities. They can take out domestic violence orders against people who weren't romantically or intimately involved with them; lie to one judge; acknowledge perjury to another; and then glorify them. LA Superior Court does not care if you are served documents; deprived of justice; or railroaded. They are interested in celebrities. Cohen should have handed over the IRS required 1099 and other tax, financial, and accounting information Lynch requested. But, the City Attorney was only too happy to protect Leonard Cohen and attempted to destroy Lynch and sabotage the IRS. In fact, the City Attorney had the District Attorney's investigator hanging out and lunching with Cohen during the intent to annoy trial. Leonard Cohen, after all, had to testify about one of his highly embellished gun stories involving Phil Spector and a gun. There are now three versions of this story before LA Superior Court - well, the City Attorney's office continues to conceal one. That would be the email Leonard Cohen sent prosecutor Sandra Jo Streeter at the beginning of the trial. Unfortunately, that email impeaches his testimony re. Phil Spector holding a gun to his head. Lynch, who was dressed in a blue jail jumpsuit and handcuffed to a chair, also was sentenced to five years’ probation. She is barred from owning, possessing or using deadly weapons, including firearms, for 10 years.
I think there are enough guns in America. I also do not share Leonard Cohen's obsession with armaments. Available information online.
While in custody, she must undergo anger management classes, psychological training and alcohol education sessions. Upon release, she will be required to undergo a mental health evaluation.
It's interesting that a man with a lifelong history of legal and illegal drug abuse, psychiatric ailments, alcohol problems, etc. can dazzle so many people with his carefully crafted statements and deranged allegation that I was in an intimate relationship with him. Sexual harassment is not an intimate relationship. The City Attorney's attempt to turn Leonard Cohen's exposing his penis to me (while bathing in bubble baths and demanding that I read legal and business documents to him) into an intent to annoy Leonard Cohen is a legal outrage. Yes, the judge really threw the book at Lynch. Why not? Vanderet deprived Lynch of a defense, refused to permit Agent Tejeda/IRS to take the stand, refused to permit her son to testify, allowed preposterous testimony and evidence into the record, and is an utterly shameless man who also LIED about Lynch. Anything and everything goes in Los Angeles when a celebrity has the attention of the justice system and the DA doesn't want Phil Spector's verdict overturned.
Judge Vanderet prefaced the sentencing by saying Lynch, 55, showed no remorse for a “long, unrelenting barrage of harassing behavior” and “No person should be subject to that kind of targeting by anyone,”
Robert Vanderet is not my king and I am not his subject. The man simply threw the book at a woman who was relentlessly targeted by Leonard Cohen and then lied from the bench. After all, Hailey/LA Times was in the courtroom and the Dark Shadows soap opera must go on. LA Superior Court, in the person of Judge Robert Vanderet, attempted to sabotage the IRS, me, and Phil Spector. That's my personal opinion. I am now gathering evidence about LA's celebrity justice system - that involves targeting innocent citizens - and handing it over to the Department of Justice. Judge Vanderet will receive the justice he deserves. Karma never misses its mark. That's not a threat. That is a tenet of the Buddhist religion.

Prior to sentencing, Lynch was given an opportunity to make a statement, in which she remained defiant. She blamed prosecutors for carrying out a “vicious attack” on her.
