To the IRS Commissioner's Staff,

I am addressing all of Gianelli's lies.  I reported Cohen's tax fraud - that I was told was criminal - to the IRS in 2005.  In fact, I spoke to Agent Betzer about it on or about April 15, 2005.  He advised me to bring the tax fraud into the IRS with a lawyer and then advised me to contact the Fraud Unit.  He faxed me extensions for the Traditional Holdings, LLC and Blue Mist TOuring Company, Inc. returns.  He told me - when I explained that Cohen and his lawyer used two separate tax ID numbers (no doubt to keep their tactics under the radar of the IRS) on the TH returns, to file two extensions.  See my emails regarding this matter.  Where is Gianelli coming up with all his information?  It's fraudulent but it seems quite confident about what happened. Of course he didn't know me or Cohen.  But he has a keen interest in lying about me and the IRS and lying to the IRS about me.  I was legally advised, by my lawyers, that I had two options re. Cohen's tax fraud.  I decided the corporate returns could not be amended (due to the insanity that I reviewed with, among other parties, Boies Schiller) and chose the other option - report his tax fraud to the IRS and he had used me horrendously.  Leonard Cohen doesn't seem to mind lying about the IRS.  He doesn't mind concealing evidence from LA Superior Court that the IRS has.  He doesn't mind testifyng about K-1s although they are illegal.  He has not provided me with the IRS required form 1099.  He has not provided me with an accounting that takes into consideration corporate assets, ownership interests, liabilities and equities.  In fact, he has taken the legal position that he is the alter ego of these entities, engaged in self dealing, and entitled to raid corporate assets and use corporate assets as his personal piggy bank.  I'm not in Leonard Cohen's tax fraud.  He had many many professional advisers - lawyers, accountants, business manager, bookkeepers (talk to Jean Ransick, she was his bookkeeper for years), royalty consultant (an accountant and lawyer), and transactional lawyers.  I was Cohen's personal manager and didn't handle tax, accounting, or financial matters.  As Cohen told MacLean's.  Neal Greenberg was the guardian of assets although TH assets were not his.  There was no trust.  These entities were not held in trust.  And, I don't think state courts have jurisdiction over IRS matters.  How could you adjudicate Cohen's tax fraud to my favor?  He owes the IRS taxes.  Not me.  He simply stole from me.  The man doesn't have a defense.  His only defense - slandering me and using operatives.

 When you reported Leonard Cohen for alleged tax fraud in 2007 you were hoping that the IRS would step in and Cohen would be vanquished, and that all present and future disputes related to you and Leonard Cohen would be converted to “IRS matters” that only the IRS could adjudicate – hopefully in your favor.
