To the DOJ,

I have spoken, at length, to REDACTED and will type up my notes which I believe will give you a very clear overview of what unfolded here.  Essentially, there are grave civil rights violations, innocent people's blogs (FB pages, etc.) are being monitored (one judge noted that he had no jurisdiction over what is actually a civil defamation matter being prosecuted criminally), it involves law firms in Los Angeles, the City Attorney, and attempts to commit people to mental hospitals -re. celebrities with malicious vendettas.  I'll type my notes in a bit.

I haven't heard a satisfactory explanation for the 18 man LAPD raid however.  This is a misdemeanor matter.  REDACTED was originally charged with a third party violation of a restraining order (that was fraudulent and she was not permitted to collaterally attack it which was true in my case also - see Gonzales v. Los Angeles).  Why?  She had a conversation about Tig Notaro who she doesn't know and wasn't in a domestic violence dating relationship with.

All the best,
Kelley
