Jihad Gianelli, I didn't issue any death threats to Cohen.  The man has a long history of psychiatric problems, drug abuse and illicit drug use, and alcohol problems.  This is all publicly documented - including by the man known to his band members as Captain Mandrax (qualudes) - Leonard Cohen.  So he assailed his reputation.  This man admitted to committing perjury on the stand and blaming me for what he thinks I do or do not believe (without having evidence of that) is not an excuse to commit perjury.  His lies are extensive and he is now wedded to them.  Leonard Cohen, after being interviewed by Mikal Gilmore (whose brother was executed by a firing squad), told me that he would like to die by firing squad.  Saying "he should" is NOT a threat.  Cohen himself testified that I never directly threatened him so call up his lying representatives and get your lies together. I am again advising you to CEASE AND DESIST.  I do hope you lied to Agent Wynar/FBI Oakland because lying to the FBI is criminal.  I would put nothing past you - including the possibility that you might be a member of NAMBLA.  Who else would contact a stranger's minor child? What type of decent father would permit that?  Pedofiles, perhaps. Kelley Lynch
