There is another issue I would like to address.  Leonard Cohen, via the lying
prosecutor, accused me of calling him a "child molester."  That is a distortion
of the facts and a lie.  Lorca Cohen advised her classmates, at Concordia,
that her father molested her.  This information was repeated by Freda Guttman
to Ann Diamond who has been demonized by Cohen, wrongfully accused of
stalking him (she never even called the man and was a student of Sasaki
Roshi, and targeted by people.  We know that Cohen employs individuals to do
his dirty work.  See Stephen "Jihad" Gianelli - a lawyer who I do not know -
who has relentlessly targeted me and my family, friends, business associates,
and others, since 2009.  He has aligned himself with Cohen and Investigator
William Frayeh (DA Investigator on the Phil Spector trial) adised me that he is
a "shady character" who may have found a sympathetic ear with Spector
prosecutor Alan Jackson about me.  Then, at my deranged trial, Cohen and his
lawyers, and PI - who has violated the restraining order by attending
my so-called "progress hearings" - were hanging out with a DA investigator and lunching with
the man.  The man then lied to the court about me.  What has unfolded is self-
evidence to everyone with any degree of intelligence.  My brother-in-law, Van
Penick, is an attorney in Halifax.  I personally asked him to contact
Ann Diamond and ask her to remove the comments about Lorca Cohen being molested by her
father.  I thought it would upset Lorca Cohen and she agreed.  There
is no dispute about these facts.  Ann Diamond wrote me about it and the IRS, FBI,
DOJ, Treasury, and Dennis Riordan (as well as Doron Weinberg) were
copied in.

THIS led to the fraudulent restraining order in Colorado - as well as
Ann Diamond's draft article for Rolling Stone.  Leonard Cohen is desperate and he
continues to lie - and that now extends to Phil Spector "bilking" him.
 Leonard Cohen didn't write the music.  He is insane and certifiable
if he thinks that.

As for Cohen lying about my being his business manager.  Everyone in
the industry, including Moses Zanimer, is aware that I was this man's
personal manager and I should have been given the opportunity to
subpoena men like Don Ienner (forme President of Columbia), and others
to the stand to impeach these lies. Rich Feldstein was this fraud and thief's business manager. 
He is a CPA.  I handled NO tax, financial, or accounting issues.  Cohen fired
Feldstein when Feldstein dared tell him to pay his estimated taxes and
to meet with him face to face because he didn't like the fact that he
was hiding behind me - apparently.  Rich Feldstein should have
received a subpoena.  He is business manager for individuals like
Madonna and Don Was - which is where we received the referral.
Do your job.  Investigate facts.  Leonard Cohene knows who to use -
and one of those men is Brian Johnson/MacLean's who Cohen contacted
when he couldn't make a deal with me, heard I went to the IRS, and
couldn't back me down.  He told Johnson he wasn't accusing me of theft
(after he filed his lawsuit).  He mentioned his "massive tax hit."
That is his motive.

Boeis Schiller and other law firms have reviewed the evidence and they
are aware that Cohen owes me millions.  I own 15% of all intellectual
property.  That is the same deal Machat & Machat had with Cohen.  I am
owed millions in commissions.  Machat & Machat are owed commissions.
I worked for Phil Spector and called Sony to advise them NOT to pay
Phillip's royalties to Cohen.

There is such a thing as fact checking.  Leonard Cohen doesn't think
"pussy" is obscene but he thinks "fuck" is obscene.  He uses the word
all the time.  "Give me crack and anal sex."  How about his poem about
15 year old girls.  He had me call my brother-in-law to ask him if
there was a statute of limitations relating to having sex with a
15-year old girl named Eva.  There is not.  He knows this.  He is the
one that told me.

Leonard Cohen has a long history of drug abuse, alcohol abuse, and
psychiatric problems.  His pal, Jihad Gianelli, is dangerously
unstable, continues to target me, thinks the situation with the IRS
and FBI is funny, and should be prosecuted.  These are the types of
people Cohen secretly knows will target his enemies for him.  He
testified that I am the "enemy."  He admitted to committing perjury
and then shamelessly tried to blame it on me.

Leonard Cohen owes me millions of dollars and the only deranged person
here is Leonard Norman Cohen.  I pray that Phil Spector will be able
to use Cohen's testimony at my trial to slam the man.  That is what he
deserves.  Intelligent people think the DA should not prosecute
Leonard Cohen so the story's getting interesting.
