Mr. Riordan,
Please review this posting from Sprocket's Trial & Tribulations. I've
redacted some of it because it's excruciatingly boring. What's not
boring is that a "source" told Sprocket about my emails to the DA's
office. Cohen thought Cooley was probably reading my emails and knew
people near him were. Sprocket has a connection with Alan Jackson,
no? See attached. My notations are in red. Sprocket also appears to
have information relating to Taylor & Ring - as it concerns me.
Investigator Paul Huebl advised me that Sprocket is the mouthpiece for
Donna Clarkson (Lana Clarkson's mother). That is obvious. She also
seems to be the mouthpiece for Alan Jackson and other people at the
DA's office. In any event, it's very interesting that she posted an
email I sent the IRS Commissioner's Staff and she notes that you and
Doron Weinberg were copied in. I wonder what Alan Jackson thought
about that. I definitely have a right to confront Jackson over this
extremely public email.

Leonard Cohen's Neverending Drama With Kelley Lynch
NOTE: This article appeared on Sprocket’s Trial & Tribulations Blog. Investigator Paul Huebl advised me that Sprocket is the mouthpiece for Lana Clarkson’s mother, Donna Clarkson. Paul Huebl also advised me that he believed certain jurors were on Sprocket’s site before they rendered their verdict. I believe he may have advised me that there is evidence supporting this. He also advised me that the LA District Attorney’s office was all over his Blog which sounds about right.

Singer-songwriter Leonard Cohen is suing his former manager, Kelley Lynch for harassment and making death threats.
Leonard Cohen did not sue me for harassment and/or death threats. Neither did the City Attorney’s office. I was prosecuted for an alleged “intent to annoy” Leonard Cohen and violations of restraining orders procured by fraud. Former personal manager.
Lynch is on trial for making harassing phone calls and sending thousands of E-mails.
Actually, regardless of how many times Sprocket notes this, I was on trial for an “intent to annoy” and restraining order violations. I can understand why this would be difficult for Sprocket to grasp.
This case totally escaped my radar because it's being tried by the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office and not the LA County District Attorney.
That’s because it’s a misdemeanor case but the District Attorney of Los Angeles definitely made an appearance and that will be addressed on appeal.
Normally, this is not the type of case I would cover on T&T, but I only mention it because of my peripheral connection to it. Lynch was arrested on March 6th, 2012 by an agency outside of California. Unable to make the $25,000.00 bail, she's been in LA County custody since her arrest.
Wow! Sprocket ordinarily wouldn’t cover my type of case. That is so terribly disappointing and – yes – I am being facetious. Sprocket has no connection to me whatsoever. She has a connection to Michelle Blaine and possibly Jihad Gianelli.
I was not arrested on March 6th by an agency outside of California. I was arrested on March 1, 2012 and know how Berkeley PD felt about this matter. I spoke to the officers extensively. We also discussed Leonard Cohen’s role in the Phil Spector matter, the IRS, the fact that the FBI advised me to let the IRS take the lead and they will be brought in with respect to criminal witness and evidence tampering, and other issues. Berkeley, California is actually inside California although I understand how Sprocket might not understand that geographical point. Actually I was in the custody of LASD where I made many acquaintances among the hierarchy. I worked very closely with the EBI Bureau, created 45 lesson plans, was appointed a MERIT master, and taught courses to other inmates – as well as created a study group so that my fellow inmates could learn how to facilitate or teach EBI courses. EBI stands for Education Based Incarceration. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Captain Bornman, Lt. Wolak, Lt. Allende, Lt. Villaneuva, Captain Nunez, Deputy Calandrino, OfficerPrado and Deputy Verdiano, and so many other men and women of LASD who spent a great deal of time with me, taught me how to facilitate or teach EBI, and spent – amongst them – nearly 24 hours a day with me. The EBI Bureau did a thorough background check on me, researched the issues relating to my arrest and incarceration, understood these are misdemeanors (but some didn’t understand why I wasn’t given probation), realized I have no violence or emotional/mental health issues that would prevent me from moving throughout the jail, visiting other modules, working closely with inmates throughout the jail, etc. I also had to submit to an interview with Lt. Allende, Lt. Wolak, Director Choate, and Deputy Calandrino prior to being selected as one of 6 MERIT Masters in the jail. That was due to the fact that LASD and teachers at Lynwood recommended me to the EBI Bureau (without advising me). Deputy Calandrino also informed me that LASD found me extremely helpful and Captain Bornman wanted me wherever Deputy Calandrino was. She oversees the Gender Responsive Unit that counsels women with mental health issues. Everyone knows that I have no mental health issues. I also asked to see a psychiatrist prior to my release and am well aware of her views which contradict those of Baca and Streeter. The same is true for the male psychiatrist I spoke with during the processing phase. He did understand that I felt considerable stress over the fact that my father recently had two strokes and I had no idea of his condition.
EXCERPTS FROM THE REMAINDER OF SPROCKET’S ARTICLE.
In 2005, Cohen accused Lynch of misappropriating over five million dollars from his retirement fund leaving him with only $150,000.00. I do not know what she did with the money. In 2006, Cohen won a civil suit against Lynch and was awarded over $9 million dollars. I don't believe Cohen has ever recovered his stolen assets. From my understanding, it's one of the reasons he had to start touring so late in his career again.
Cohen falsely accused me of misappropriated monies. There is no retirement fund. It was a fraudulent, sham entity and he has now proven (from my perspective) that he is the alter-ego of various corporate fictions and engaged in self-dealing. Neither Leonard Cohen nor Traditional Holdings, LLC was left with only $150,000 in assets. Leonard Cohen had recently received $1 million advance for the delivery of “Dear Heather.” If Leonard Cohen is a spend-thrift and spent that money – that is truly his problem. Leonard Cohen personally testified that he bought homes for his girlfriend and son, etc., with assets belonging to Traditional Holdings, LLC. Those loans are assets of this entity, as are his transaction fees, and Cohen understood perfectly well that they had to be repaid at 6% interest and his lawyer (not I because I didn’t handle legal work and did not draft legal documents) had to prepare promissory notes. Leonard Cohen did not win a civil suit. The merits of the case were not litigated. I was not served the lawsuit. I was not notified of the default but did read (inaccurately) in the news media that a default was entered against in or around March 6, 2005 – misleading me. Etc. Leonard Cohen can never recover stolen monies from me because I have stolen absolutely nothing. Conversely, Cohen appears to have stolen millions from me re. intellectual property and my commissions. There is evidence of his wrongful conversion in the default judgment re. the two entities that were not named as parties to the lawsuit and yet somehow managed to make their way into the default judgment. I have asked the IRS Commissioner’s Staff for an official Opinion on all of this activity which looks quite sinister. It also appears to be pre-meditated, criminal, and so forth and so on.

Phil Spector co-wrote and produced “Death of A Ladies Man” with/for Leonard Cohen. Many of Cohen’s fans happen to love this album. I personally cannot stand most of it – including the obscene “Don’t Go Home With Your Hard On.” Phil Spector found Leonard Cohen depressing and noted that he felt as though he was working with a porn artist who would write lyrics such as “leaving your vagina in my linen closet” to quote Phil Spector. I have known Phil Spector since I worked for Marty Machat which would be 25 years now. I worked for Phil Spector at the same time so-called prosecution witness Diane Ogden said she did. She was most definitely NOT Phil Spector’s personal assistant. I was. Phil Spector’s phones were transferred to my office 24/7. Janice Zavala Spector is well aware of all these details as we were terribly close at the time.
I happen to think that Investigator Brian Bennett is aware that the DA’s office received an “anonymous tip” about my friendship with Phil Spector (although they have caller ID and lie). It was left by a woman. Bennett advised me of this when he rolled by my house in early 2005 to question me about my friendship with Phil Spector and various issues he was interested in discussing. Therefore, it is not only in my mind although it might explain the lies told by Captain Jack Horvath/DA’s office to the judge. No one has ever accused these people of being intelligent – at least not I. I have accused them of being vicious, unconscionable, liars, thugs, etc. but never intelligent. Corruption is not intelligent. Investigator John Frayeh (with Detective Silva present) then advised me – in 2007 – that I was probably a witness in the Phil Spector matter. Therefore, this must also be in his mind. In 2006, I spoke to Jeff Jonas/Major Fraud Unit about my complaint regarding Leonard Cohen’s tax fraud and theft from me in the millions. Brian Bennett and I discussed the complaint I filed with the Major Fraud Unit.
NOTE: I am entitled to discover who told Sprocket this as it could only be a member of the LA District Attorney’s office but perhaps Sprocket won’t divulge who her “source” was.

NOTE: Sprocket, clearly not a brain surgeon, has published (and confirmed receipt of) an email I wrote to the IRS Commissioner’s Staff, I do not presently have my original version of that email so cannot compare the two to determine if it has been altered in any way. Sprocket has publicly stated that Phil Spector’s defense attorneys (Dennis Riordan and Doron Weinberg – well, Dennis Riordan is actually Phillip’s appellate attorney) are coiped in – as are several people at the DA’s office including DDA Alan Jackson. Why did Streeter conceal this email from the jurors since Sprocket appears to understand that Alan Jackson was a recipient and was also reading this email. I have a right to confront Jackson over this email as well as the letter that Investigator Frayeh hand delivered to him on my behalf. And that is correct, certain law enforcement agencies in the State of Colorado would have been copied in. I never resided in Boulder, Colorado or Colorado. I visited. Of course, my Mother thought he was "insane" and "nuts" when she recalled that he came into Boulder and filed a fraudulent restraining order against me. Would the IRS Commissioner's Staff mind advising me why you are being copied in on these emails if you never found enough credence in my advisers assertions that Cohen exposed me to criminal tax fraud, used me as an unwitting pawn, etc. How about the evidence I've emailed you? The IRS is not going to file a case against someone who has penalties and interest in the vicinity of $30 million and probable problems in Canada, abandoned green card, numerous social security numbers, etc. I see that my "options" are more visits to jail (all of which demand investigating and can be construed as witness tampering and witness intimidation actually - and should), death, the nut house - no thanks. I was already "committed" because I mentioned the IRS and that made me "bi-polar." Of course, I called Agent Betzer from that nut house and my call to Steven Segal is what led the "nuts" to take me seriously. If I'm so useless to everyone as a witness then how come every single person I talk to thinks Cohen should have been arrested and Phil Spector has been set up? Blogoxxxxx'x probably knows that destruction of evidence is criminal so if he received "communications" from my former con-artist friends in Lost Angeles he should save that information. Boies Schiller was very clear with me about this.
NOTE: My mother no longer views Cutler as an eligible bachelor or anyone that she would want me married to, let alone near. My mother did indeed wonder various things about certain individuals I was or wasn’t arguing with. She happens to have an excellent sense of humor. I have no idea if Clarkson was gay. I also don’t care if she was gay. What’s relevant is the fact that Baby Doll Gibson appears to know that Clarkson was a prostitute.
Well, my Mother wants me to marry Bruce Cutler so I hope a future judge doesn't get too mad at her. She also wondered if the FBI Duty Agent I'm not arguing with is single. If I'm not "delusional" than I'm just obstinate. Why is Belark defending Lana Clarkson? I didn't call her gay but my emails and postings have been "tampered" with - including my "hints" to the FBI which were absolutely satirical and sarcastic because I think these people are positively nuts.
Does the IRS Commissioner's Staff think impersonating Bruce Cutler is a joke? How about if I impersonate a lawyer from the IRS? Is that a joke? What about the death threat to Nat McBride? Is that a joke? Belark, Gianelli, and possibly others have clearly set out to intimidate INTENTINALLY REDACTED and, I believe, engaged in "witness retaliation." So have a number of "law enforcement officers."
Belark's article is wonderful and sober? Why? It is one long lie. Why hasn't my family interceded? My family thinks Boulder PD has targeted me; they are horrified; they believe Phil Spector was set up; cannot understand how Cohen has gotten away with his criminal conduct for so long; believe Cohen perjured himself in Phil Spector's murder trial; and are concerned for my welfare. Why hasn't Cohen been "arrested" for defrauding me of millions. I reported this to the District Attorney's office and they know there is evidence they can review - on public record with the Boulder Municipal Court. I know why - because he's there "witness" against Phil Spector and shows up in their legal documents even though he had to have changed the story he told the detectives I met.
NOTE: Cohen and the Los Angeles District Attorney now have contrary stories about Phil Spector and the alleged Cohen gun incident. Cohen lied to me when he said he told LASD that Phil Spector never held a gun on him but he did advise them that these were “good rock ‘n roll stories” that were embellished. See Cohen’s email to prosecutor Sandra Jo Streeter who asked Cohen to provide her with this information about Phil Spector.
The IRS Commissioner's Staff, or the Department of Justice, should definitely get in touch with Boulder PD to see why I've been reported. Also, because the District Attorney, Police Chief, Attorney General, and others refuse to explain why "Storbeck" rolled into Deneuve Construction perhaps that could be investigated as well.
Ann Diamond's not a sympathetic reporter but she sure sees through Cohen - as all the emails she wrote me (that I supplied to the IRS - with her full knowledge, awareness, understanding, and permission) clearly set forth. In fact, she thinks he's capable of murder from what I could tell.
The feds are onto me and the feds are being used in an intimidation attempt and to threaten me.
What does it mean that if I decide to privately and quietly straighten my life out ... they would leave me alone. That means, to me, that if I stop insisting that I was TOLD Cohen committed criminal tax fraud, and call Cohen for help, they will stop demanding that Boulder PD arrest me and they will stop lying to the FBI in Oakland. My Mother said they went to the FBI because I did. I went to the FBI about conduct that crosses state borders - and, in particular, official misconduct and law enforcement misconduct that crosses state borders. I went to the IRS (much to my eternal dismay) about Cohen and his tax fraud that I was told is criminal. Hey, I could pretty much be back to a normal life. Why? Are they going to rebuild my former house and undo all the damage they've done? Will Ray have a second childhood?
I still think "Samuel" is connected to the Lost Angeles District Attorney of Jackson but can't say for certain. Sounds like Kory also - the "threat" perceived when someone stops by a law office unannounced with a "witness" - albeit naively. Nuff said. It's witness tampering with a minor and big time - because it evolved into a kidnapping. I've never claimed to send Bruce Cutler an email but he didn't send me one authorizing Belark, Gianelli, Blogoxxxxxx, et al., to speak on his behalf or communicate his views about me to me. Fortunately, they now know that Bruce Cutler and I agree - he's not representing me and I'm waiting for Phil Spector. What's so creepy about my possibly wanting to have sex with Bruce Cutler? I know lots of men that want to have sex with me.
The comments about Bruce Cutler and sex were intentionally raised because I know what perverted and sleazebag lawyers like to talk about with witnesses. I have worked for and with lawyers for over 35 years, if not longer. My Grandfather was a Magistrate.
Leonard Cohen may not have been the best father. His drug use was for depression. He drank too much. Time for the violin solo. He's not bragging though and he has admitted this to the world who he apparently views as his confessional while his "fans" are his "constituents." If I were an FBI profiler I would say he has delusions of grandeur.
These individuals can mention that Cohen used drugs for depression and drank too much but I attempted to assail his reputation? I still feel that Cohen has delusions of grandeur as my friend and I discussed today. She raised the possibility of borderline personality disorder which really seems to fit like a glove.
Anyway, not certain what Belark was attempting to prove by posting everyone copied in on my emails - except that he knows who is copied in and understands this is deadly serious. Do you think Betsy Superfon (Note: I do not know who "Betsy Superfon" is. It's not me. Sprocket. NOTE: I’m well aware that Betsy Superfon is not Sprocket and no one ever said Sprocket was Superfon – does Sprocket actually think I accused her of negotiating with Cohen/Kory on my behalf - fascinating) was trying to "help" me when she was negotiating with Cohen/Kory, on my behalf, without my knowledge, permission, awareness, or authorization? I don't. I think it's incredibly sinister. How about Peter/Jacob Falconey? Isn't it funny that he impersonated a federal agent and told me that the battlefield is Rutger's life? I guess he was trying to help me. Of course, I don't know him but Lindsey told Douglas Penick that he really came to my former house to find out what was going on with Cohen's tax fraud matter and I filed a field report with S&MPD about the fact that he was following me. He followed me on more than one occasion and was watching me. Fortunately, they haven't dragged the Gambinos into this yet. Every time someone can't refute a position they bring up John Gotti or the Gambinos from what I can tell. Bruce Cutler's office did not advise me that we were going to have a problem but I did receive a fax in response to the faxes I sent Mr. Cutler - documenting what I had been going through and including certain "evidence" with that.
Does the IRS really believe that Bruce Cutler doesn't know how to handle me? Anyway, do so or "shut up" is fairly fascinating. I hope Blogoxxxxxx doesn't get a restraining order (fraudulent, of course) against the IRS. I saw that Craig's List attempted to get one against the Attorney General and thought it shouldn't be too long before the "government" realizes just how unconstitutional these rotten shabby tactics are because it won't be able to move.
I think Bill Pavelic is reading my emails because I thought his response about the "Swedish woman" was really frightening - although it does remind me of my matter and the District Attorney's tactics. Of my God - they advised Bruce Cutler that I wanted to have sex with him. "Bait" comes to mind. I'm glad I left him a message giving him a head's up about this "ploy."
I'm not under the impression that Bruce Cutler still represents Phil Spector. He quit the trial and Phillip said the judge targeted him. I am under the impression that people with "motive" want to pierce attorney/client privilege between Phillip and Mr. Cutler and I saw this coming a million miles away and over a year ago. Talking to the police in Boulder is enough to turn into physical abuse (their part) and lies. I don't have a case and I understand that? They obviously haven't heard the last of Kelley Lynch. Now Bruce Cutler has betrayed me? That's why I said he will end up representing Cohen and Clarkson if these nuts keep it up. NOTE: I wrote Bruce Cutler from Lynwood. I asked my attorneys to contact Phil Spector’s attorneys. Leonard Cohen was testifying about Phillip and a gun incident; there was an email from Cohen to the Deputy City Attorney regarding Phil Spector and a gun and a comment about Lana Clarkson, etc. Cutler should have handed the letters over to Phillip or his attorneys. People think it is astounding that Cohen has now testified about a different version of the gun story from what the prosecutors used against Phil Spector in their motions and probably in the statements Mick Brown told me were presented to the Grand Jury.
Let me advise the IRS of something I witnessed: Leonard Cohen does not have competent legal counsel in Beverly Hills. Kory is insane, told me there is fraud on every entity, they were going after all the advisers, I have a cause of action against every single adviser of Cohen's, the holding periods were illegal, Superfon was communicating with him, they hold Greenberg and Westin primarily responsible, etc. He told the "waitress" that we were there about a "divorce" and discussing the tax consequences. Sound familiar? Do you know what 50% of Cohen's community property is worth? Probably not - he doesn't properly declare anything and disdains ordinary income taxes. Ken Cleveland told me not to even mention Robert Kory and also thought Anjani Thomas was involved with much of what happened to me.
They called my bluff and called Bruce Cutler? Oh no they did not. I actually thought that "call" would end up coming from the District Attorney of Lost Angeles but "Gianelli" beat them to the "punch line.." I see right through these people, I see right through their tactics, and I think they are idiots who underestimate everyone.
They can have Cutler. I believe Cutler’s remark – in his letter – that he and Spector prosecutor Pat Dixon discussed me in 2008 is discoverable. NOTE: I do not ever use the word “lover.” I do not like the word. It would not be accurate and I have not attempted to Europeanize myself. Well, at some point I changed my mind (after finally reading Cohen’s retaliatory Complaint against me – posted by Jihad Gianelli in April 2010) and decide to file a Motion to Vacate Cohen’s fraud, lies, and perjury. I was then threatened by Jihad Gianelli, others, and he set out to have law enforcement arrest me, publicly stated that he contacted LAPD, S&MPD, and possibly other law enforcement agencies. He also previously contacted Boulder PD. This activity definitely crosses many state borders. I absolutely had a discussion with an FBI agent who noted the fact that this activity is taking place all across the country. He’s correct.
Cohen's views that we were lovers are evidence to me that the man is still obsessed with me and he is delusional. I wasn't his business manager and he won nothing. I have no intention of setting the judgment aside - I am using that as evidence of the lengths Cohen went to in order to cover up what I was told and believe is criminal conduct. The rest of the insanity was a no brainer - particularly to the former Attorney General of New Jersey who absolutely ended up telling me to go get Bruce Cutler.
The former Attorney General of New Jersey (who was an acquaintance of a friend of mine) initially told me that Cutler’s only interested in high profile cases and money. I think his instincts were correct. I wrote Phil Spector about Cutler’s activity with respect to me and received a letter from Phil Spector while in Lynwood Jail. I also wrote Dennis Riordan as well as the IRS Commissioner’s Staff and Agent Luis Tejeda/IRS. I called Agent Tejeda/IRS upon my release.

If I had known about this case, I would have scheduled my trip back east another time because it would have been interesting from a voyeuristic point of view to see the evidence against Lynch, not to mention see Cohen testify on the stand. My thoughts and prayers are with Leonard Cohen. I do hope Cohen is successful with the prosecution but I don't know if it will stop Lynch's behavior in the future if she is eventually released from custody.
The evidence against me? Would that be my son’s Whole Foods matter, my younger son’s alleged custody matter, the Phil Spector/Cohen alleged gun story, the IRS tax fraud matter (the allegations Agent Kelly Sopko and I were discussing were the allegations that Leonard Cohen committed criminal tax fraud – if he’s in denial about that, sobeit). Watching Cohen testify was pathetic. The lies are extensive. The perjury admission was utterly astounding and his excuse profoundly lame. I have no interest in contacting Cohen again in this lifetime. He has now proven that I can be jailed for requesting information I need for tax, accounting, and financial reasons. He testified and he has lied that the refund closed the IRS matter. It merely proved, from my perspective, that Cohen defrauded the U.S. government – knowing that I reported his tax fraud that is definitely not negligence. Leonard Cohen’s arrogant evidently knows no bounds.

NOTE: Taylor & Ring represent the Clarkson family. I did bring the Killer King/Phil Spector issue to their attention as well as the fact that Leonard Cohen has repeatedly changed his story about Phil Spector and a gun and embellishes those stories, etc. He has now proven this on the witness stand and it should definitely be evident to Cooley, Jackson, and gang.

Betsy I am glad you picked up on this, it was mentioned in the LA Times this past Friday's edition. Maybe you know, this poor woman has been bouncing around between people's couches and homeless shelters thru-out the land for much of the last 3 years, ranting and raving and getting on the last nerve of anybody who had a blog or a newspaper site. Her own blogs were shut down continiously by the blog providers once people complained....as they always eventually did.

These people will lie about anything. I don’t know Wes J. but perhaps this is an individual who is stalking me or obsessed with m,e.

Guilty on all eight counts. Her next court appearance is April 17th, 2012. She may be sentenced on that date, I'm not positive. I'll call the court to find out.
NOTE: Sprocket actually called the court about my so-called progress hearing. perhaps she can then gossip to alan jackson so it won’t be as obvious as having the da’s investigator in the courtroom for the trial which appeared to prove legal conspiracy between cohen, his lawyers, pi, the da’s investigator, cooley, and jackson. as my lawyer noted in closing – we have no idea why cooley and jackson were featured. perhaps phil spector and his current legal team know or have their own thoughts on the matter. After all, cohen testified that he saw dennis riordan copied in on my emails. i am uncertain how he responded when asked “do you see the irs copied in?”
