Kory, Rice, and Lascher,

Stephen Gianelli, and now again Susanne Walsh, continues to harass me over issues related to Leonard Cohen, the appeals before the Second Division, Cohen's testimony on March 23, 2012 (that I never stole from him and we were in a purely business relationship; also his perjured testimony that I "failed" to file my tax returns when he steadfastly refuses to provide the IRS required tax/corporate information), etc.  Gianelli is clearly representing Cohen's legal issues and positions, fraudulent as they may be.  That would include Leonard Cohen's belief that we were in a dating relationship because he sexually harassed me, exposed his penis to me, looked at people defecating on one another in front of me, and believes this should annoy him.  He also evidently feels entitled to be annoyed over the fact that he and Robert Kory went into Lindsey's office and falsely accused me of having sex with Oliver Stone to stir up a custody matter.  I personally do not believe Leonard Cohen should be proud of his conduct.

I intend to pursue any and all adverse decisions to the U.S. Supreme Court.  I have as good a shot there as anyone else in this country.  Phil Spector, who has the best attorneys in this country, is fighting an uphill battle that arose with LA Superior Court so I will remain undeterred by the fact that Cohen willfully bankrupted me, stole from me and corporations via default judgment, withheld commissions due me, and continues to lie about me.  I will remain undeterred by the fact that LA Superior Court condones the use of fraud, perjury, and misconduct to obtain judgments, verdicts, and orders or remains uninterested in actual jurisdiction, facts, evidence, and/or the truth.

I've heard ad nauseum about Judge Robert Hess.  If you are interested in him, please address your interests to him directly.  The probation matter and second false arrest, brought about due to Gianelli/Walsh's harassing me (and others) through the City Attorney's office, etc. will be dealt with in my lawsuit against the City and County.  Their legal representatives have been notified of that fact.  

I didn't file a Tax Court Petition.  I asked the Court to grant me leave to file a motion addressing fraud upon that court.  My statements are now on the record with respect to the $1 million non-refundable, prepayment on the Sony deal that Cohen should have paid through to TH and ultimately BMT who owns the assets.  There was no reason to appeal further as I explained to the 9th Circuit.  And there is nothing legally or patently frivolous about fraud upon the court or the use of fraud, perjury, etc. to obtain decisions.  I am also aware of the fact that you believe this type of conduct is "litigation protected."  I disagree and believe Barry Bonds would agree with me.  

It is irrelevant what a man who terrorized my sons for seven straight years believes or doesn't.  

Argue directly to the Appellate Division that no one believes anyone will ever vacate Cohen's fraudulent default judgment and/or fraudulent domestic violence order, etc.  They seem to enjoy your logic, absurd arguments, and deceit.

This conduct should cease and desist.  Gianelli is not an attorney of record in any of the four appeals before the Second Appellate Division.
