Paulette and Linda,
I have schedule a hearing on September 29th where I will move for a preliminary injunction.
If this date is not convenient for either of you, if you are interested in attending, please let me know.
Linda, you advised me that your parents would not approve of mail being sent to their home for you and you planned to obtain a P.O. Box. The Court, as I informed you, ordered Von Watteville to serve you. You previously advised me to return KVW's mailed Complaint (which is not service) to her as you no long reside here. This is the last known address I have for you and, while I will keep you notified of matters by email, I would like to know what address you are presently using. This is a very serious albeit baseless lawsuit and Von Watteville is now attempting to elicit information about Leonard Cohen and Phil Spector.
As you both know, Stephen Gianelli has sent countless emails harassing us over Von Watteville, confirming that he represents her (including with respect to the libel suit initially), and Von Watteville raised him as an issue re. an email he recently forwarded her that involves the Christian Slater case and her role in encouraging Tom Slater to file that suit. Von Watteville has also informed the Court that Gianelli is not representing her and she is not represented by a lawyer.
