I have now sent you the complete notes of today's hearing. I would like you to review the Google Search items as KVW has noted to the Court that I have slandered her all over the internet; she just started her Cover Girls Studio, LLC business (vintage photograph); and this has hurt her. See Google indexed searches below from earlier this evening.
KVW mentioned that Stephen Gianelli sent her an email recently re. some related case and interrogatories. I believe that relates to the harassing email he sent me after Alan Hootnick forwarded him my emails with Christian Slater's lawyer. See Gianelli's harassing email to me over that incident below. Another attempt to elicit information. KVW's Case Management statement includes information about Cohen's fraudulent default judgment and fraudulent domestic violence order. I confirmed for the court that those matters are under appeal as noted in my notes.

This is an email Karina Von Watteville sent Linda Carol today, May 10, 2015, threatening her. Linda Carol provided Paulette Brandt with a declaration that will be submitted to Small Claims Court tomorrow. She is not devious. Her declaration is factual. I am not a convicted criminal. Leonard Cohen committed criminal tax fraud. I reported that on April 15, 2005. LAPD's report states unequivocally that my emails to Cohen were generally requests for tax information. The City Attorney, and many others, lied to the Court and jurors. They lied about IRS and federal tax matters. Cohen and his lawyers perjured themselves. I am NOT in receipt of the IRS required tax and corporate information. I never intended to annoy Leonard Cohen but I do believe he should be prosecuted for criminal tax fraud. I have no idea why Cohen was testifying about Phil Spector, some version of his insane gun story about Phillip, Steve Cooley, Alan Jackson, or Dennis Riordan. My lawyers didn't understand it either and were clear with the Court and jurors about that fact.
Please forward Linda Carol's declaration to the Social Security Administration. I will forward a signed copy once it is scanned. Von Watteville, a green card holder, is threatening Linda Carol's college benefits and explaining that she can be expelled from school. Linda Carol has engaged in no criminal conduct. This is the M.O. that has been used repeatedly on me and many others. There should be an absolute investigation into Karina Von Watteville, Stephen Gianelli, Robert Kory, and Von Wattevile's threats. No one engaged in criminal extortion re. ICE and ICE's Chief Trial Counsel can testify to that fact.

I am once again advising you to cease and desist. Robert Kory is not involved in Paulette's Small Claims complaint against you. Paulette advised me that you informed her today that you phoned Kory. I'm not certain I understand why a woman who does not know me is contacting Kory because you owe Paulette 14 months rent and refuse to pay her. Perhaps the IRS and DOJ understand.
For the record, I've been documenting everything for iRS, DOJ, FBI ... since reporting Cohen's criminal tax fraud to IRS.

As you know, I advised Paulette's former roommate to cease and desist. She has now advised Paulette that she called Robert Kory. Can you explain why this woman is attempting to insert herself into Leonard Cohen's Criminal Tax Fraud matter and what it has to do with the outstanding rent she owes Paulette Brandt? I view this as very serious harassment and potential blackmail.

I have just returned from Small Claims Court. Paulette has a complaint against her former roommate who owes her rent. That individual, Karina Von Watteville, advised Paulette Brandt that she phoned Robert Kory who, in turned, advised her that I'm "crazy" and to sue me. Personally, I find it odd that a woman I do not know is contacting Cohen's lawyer because Paulette Brandt has sued her for outstanding rent. It is clearly harassment and Kory's comments will be addressed in my rather lengthy State Bar Complaint. No one on this end is crazy and specifically we are not crazy because a woman owes Paulette Brandt rent.
On another note, I will be filing the two motions re. Cohen matters next week. At that time, Judge Hess will receive all corporate books, records, stock units, agreements, and federal tax returns proving that Cohen owes me millions, stole from me, and concealed evidence. The appropriate attorneys of record will be served.

If Von Watteville used my 2012 trial in her fraud and blackmail lawsuit, I will sue the City and County over that issue as well. This situation, including the fraud defaut judgment and fraud DMV order, has exposed me to lowlifes, hustlers, con artists, criminals parading as state bar members, etc. The same is true for the default judgment custody matter based on the SWAT incident. I've asked IRS, FBI, and DOJ to investigate that matter.
How many times have I advised LA county and city authorities that I am being stalked, harassed, my sons were being terrorized, witnesses are being intimidated, etc? A federal court can make that determination. I also would like to know how Cohen's "case" ended up with LAPD's Threat management unit. The chain of evidence did NOT establish that fact.

complicated

Went
to court today for hearing on a special motion.Karina and the legal guy were
there and supported me along with my buddies Orin and Jay. I won the part that
was very important as they wanted to keep it quiet. I had papers prepared and
spoke aloud what was written with an actor's passion. The press was outside
from the News and another. They interviewed me and our legal guy. We went
outside and videotaped more of an interview. I was happy with everything and so
was Karina. Tomorrow Chris will shoot us both to finish up the film in
Hollywood.

Chris to see the footage shot for the movie and gave him tapes of Tom Slater's
stand up comedy act from 2015 in May. Also made a copy of Tom's original music
to use in the score for the Sundance Film festival showing. We will be back at
the jazz festival tomorrow evening with Orin and Jay at Highland.

Had a
great time Tuesday night at the Jazz festival at the Highland Mall with Orin
and Jay, Tom Slater and me. Jay loves to dance and so do I and we danced to Summertime
with a great saxophone number. Tom said he enjoyed watching us dance and he
loved the event also.The stage lights lit the tall elephants in a purple glow
in the beautiful night.

filmed most of the interview part of the movie "Slater Vs Slater"
today and had a great time. Chris was wonderful and a good director and very
creative. He has reality shows and other film credits under his belt and is

The poor
cats today are just lying low, it's 106 degrees and awful in the valley where
they are for now while I get ready for NY. I will have much to do as I have my
papers from my husband to bring to lawyers. I contacted the fraud dept.for his
SS and pension checks which were stolen as well. It amazes me the greed and hatred
that Bob's family had, when in the last 6 yrs and even before they never
visited and only 5 Christmas trips for him and a wedding. We made our own
family and loved each other in our own way.

Mike
made me a wonderful dinner last night in Hollywood and watched the British
detective shows on tv. Since I'm on my way to NY to deal with legal and
personal stuff, my future is now open. I got my widow"s benefit but never
wanted it this way..i know Bob loved me and he told me that again on April 27th
and hopefully I can think of the good times. I had warned him that day not to
take the morphine which I believe did him in.

had a long and interesting interview which will also be shown later on Utube in
three parts. We all met at the Starbucks on Sunset Boulevard which is used in
lots of films and had a great conversation .afterward..Chris was great and got
Tom Slater on many topics with me enjoying the show!

Tom
Slater(Michael De Gainsborough) just called me to tell me the interview went
great with Inside Edition and that he got to say what he wanted and that I was
the first person he called. I'm so glad he's back in the public eye which most
actors need!
I
contacted one of the producer's of the show "Inside Edition" after
Tom Slater called me Friday and we confirmed his interview on Monday at 9AM. I
know he wants to tell his story and he'll be great!
