Numerous individuals have forwarded me this email Gianelli sent you. This man is a criminal who terrorized my sons for over seven straight years. He clearly represents Leonard Cohen's interests. Everyone intelligent I know sees right through this situation, Cohen's role in it, and the fact that Phil Spector was set up. They also believe people belong in prison. It's obvious that this is also some form of a game for many individuals. Please take a look at Rutger and Ray's declarations. I don't know how they survived this. They were then targeted by the City Attorney. That includes victimizing me and Rutger over his horrendous Whole Foods incident. I know precisely the type of people I'm dealing with and that includes on the bench. Central Cali is willing to permit Phil Spector to die. That speaks volumes about the types of people involved.
Gianelli is now behind the scenes of the Karina Von Watteville extortionate lawsuit. She is the individual who inserted herself into the Slater case - not I. She also phoned Cohen's lawyer. That situation is as transparent as the day is long and that includes her attempting to insert Cohen's fraud judgment, fraud domestic violence order, and Bruce Cutler into her baseless lawsuit.
This man is a pathological liar whose role is to elicit information, harass, provoke, annoy, vex, infiltrate, etc. In other words, he is a professional criminal.

Gianelli doesn't know me but has slandered me to you. He has no idea who I know or don't know. He wants to elicit information about that issue however. The City Attorney then used this situation as an opportunity to put Leonard Cohen on the witness stand and elicit testimony about Phil Spector and a gun while concealing evidence related to IRS Commissioner's Staff, Cohen's willful failure to provide me with tax information, and other issues that annoy Leonard Cohen. For example, Cohen is evidently annoyed that he exposed his "penis" to me which is normally known as indecent exposure.
My email to Derrick Sanders/Appellate Division was not a private communication. It was sent to the Appellate Division addressing further lies submitted by Cohen and his army of professionals to that Court. This does not give the criminal stalker the right to harass me and/or others. My emails are not "crackpot emails." The email to Derrick Sanders addressed fraud with respect to the request for an extension of time filed with the Appellate Division. I am not difficult to reach but Lascher appears to be another liar with a bar degree.
What the tribunals Gianelli has referred to should understand: their credibility is at issue due to the fact that they condone the use of fraud, perjury, and misconduct to obtain judgments, verdicts, and orders. Gianelli does not speak for everyone on my "list" but would like to know what people on my "list" think. This criminal stalker doesn't know me and therefore has no idea if I am friendly with people like Kevin Huvane and Bryan Lourd for example. It is quite clear that LA Superior Court, etc. have exposed me to criminals, gold diggers, con artists, and other unsavory characters.
