IRS, FBI, and DOJ,

This is an email Gianelli, who advised me countless times that he represented Karina Von Watteville, wrote Alan Hootnick.  I have no idea if KVW was "organized and well received by the court."  She had a case management statement that was clearly prepared by a lawyer; advised the court (who discovered inadvertent case information in the file) that I attempted to insert myself into the "opposition;" lied to the Court about many things; and so forth.  For example, she went into why she doesn't use the name "Fimbel" but that is on her complaint and is the sole name she used in the Sam Menning case.  She also informed the court that the Complaint does not contain her statements that she owns property in New York when it does.  These are just two examples.

I didn't have my case management statements.  Of course, I was there to discuss the fact that I wasn't notified of the June 13th hearing or June 8th ex parte hearing.  The judge said our case management statements could be filed next week.

I personally found the judge rude.  I'll give you an example.  Paulette was clearly there with a cane, had difficulty walking, and was never informed that she - or anyone else - could sit down.  

It's interesting that Gianelli would use the words "conspiracy theory."  He must want to elicit information about KVW's statements to the court that I attempted to insert myself into another case, confirmed that Gianelli provided her with information recently about my interrogatories (in an email); and was clearly referring to the Christian Slater/Mary Jo Slater case.  I merely informed the Court that I haven't sent my interrogatories to KVW yet so it would be impossible for her to address what is or isn't in them.

I've already advised the City and County that I am suing.  That's factual.
