IRS, FBI, and DOJ,

This document is finished.  I will send the declarations later.  I've attached the Notice of Motion, Memorandum of Points & Authorities, and Proposed Order.  I am asking the Court to set aside the fraudulent domestic violence order and the fraudulent domestic violence orders granted to Leonard Cohen, Michelle Rice, Robert Kory, and Bruce Cutler (who didn't request one) at my April 17, 2012 sentencing hearing.  

I will file this in Family Court tomorrow at which time I will be given a hearing date.  

Finishing up the Motions to Tax/Strike Court and re. the Renewal of Judgment, as well as the Notices of Appeal (sealing of documents and denial of Motion for Terminating Sanctions).
