Mr. Riordan,
I would strongly suggest that you review Gianelli's insane comments on Truth Sentinel's site. He is arguing prosecution theories re. Phil Spector's case and slandering me over Leonard Cohen. A hearing has been scheduled, before Judge Hess, for June 23, 2014 and the motion will be filed today or, at the latest tomorrow, depending upon when Paulette goes to court. The next document I will file is a motion in connection with the fraudulent domestic violence order Cohen obtained in another attempt to silence and discredit me. The tactics remain unconscionable but predictable.

I have pre-scheduled a hearing, per Court rules, with Judge Hess for June 23, 2015 and the motion will be filed later today or tomorrow depending on Paulette Brandt's schedule. Gianelli has advised me that your office worked with him, on two occasions, to falsely arrest and imprison me.I have now sent you the California DOJ's letter to me advising me to bring the situation re. IRS and the "domestic violence" fraud order up with you, County Counsel, the court, and Internal Revenue Service.

The default judgment in this matter, which I was not served, has created countless federal tax and corporate issues. I intend to ask Judge Hess to clarify the ambiguities in the judgment language vis a vis IRS reporting and filing requirements. I have yet to find case law that sets forth how a local state court order subverts IRS reporting and filing requirements. Furthermore, the fraudulent default judgment (based on a fabricated, self-serving narrative and financial fraud) is not retroactive. For the past 10 years, including prior to entry of the default, I have requested IRS form 1099 (and other documents such as K-1s in connection with Blue Mist Touring Company, Inc., Traditional Holdings, LLC, and Old Ideas, LLC). If the judgment served as a corporate resolution, final federal and state returns must be filed. Cohen's lawyers and accountants handled all tax, accounting, and corporate matters.Finally, I have challenged Leonard Cohen's refunds with IRS and FTB and reported the illegal use of my social security number to IRS as Identity Theft in connection with the illegal K-1s LC Investments, LLC transmitted to State of Kentucky and IRS for the years 2003, 2004, and 2005.I do not appreciate the ongoing criminal harassment, witness tampering, stalking, etc and am well aware of the fact that Stephen Gianelli has been engaged in this activity since speaking with your co-counsel, Michelle Rice, in May or June 2009.Kelley Lynch
