Jeffrey,

We just got off the phone.  I would like to confirm the details of our conversation.  I advised you that I am filing a motion related to fraud upon the court in this case and asked if you are the attorney of record based on your response.  You said you did not know and I could send you a courtesy copy.  LA Superior Court lists you as the attorney of record so Paulette Brandt will serve you tomorrow.

I then mentioned the ongoing criminal harassment by Gianelli and Walsh over federal tax matters and Leonard Cohen.  I still do not have IRS required form 1099 for 2004; any corporate information for 2004 and 2005; and Cohen refused to rescind the 2003, 2004, and 2005 illegal K-1s from LC Investments, LLC.  We discussed the fact that Susanne Walsh, Cohen's fan, frequently copied in your co-counsel, Michelle Rice, on emails harassing me, my sons, my sister, Paulette Brandt and others.  I asked if there was anything you to do to bring an end to this.  My younger son has informed all parties that these emails made him physically ill.  My older son has let his views be known as well.

LAPD's TMU advised me to maintain these emails and bring any future emails where Walsh copies in Rice to their attention.  I'll mail them all the emails with Rice copied in. 

Stephen Gianell has criminally harassed me since hearing from Michelle Rice in June 2009,  He's harassing me over Leonard Cohen, federal tax matters, and the fraud default judgment.

I am going to provide Agent Tejeda/IRS with evidence of these harassing emails and proof that I've addressed those issues with you and not a proxy lawyer who is not formally listed on the court record.  You are - see below.

In January 2014, you sent me a proposed order and requested my comments.  I have heard nothing back.  You then told me you would mail me what you filed.  No order was filed with the Court after the January 17, 2014 hearing.

I would like to point out that I was not served and the judgment is void.  If Judge Hess does not vacate it, I will pursue this matter in federal court.  I've been included on federal tax returns as a partner in companies that I evidently don't own, based on the default.  That sounds criminal.
