Ray Lawrence's letter is attached. He confirmed that you paid one month's rent. That was his understanding as of November 2012. I like everything documented. Gianelli is out of control. He's moonlighting.

Here is a PDF (attached) of this letter signed by Ray Lawrence confirming the agreement we had as of this date. My sister agreed to pay one month's rent. I think it's best to document everything in writing particularly after what I've been through. I also like to document what unfolds - date, time, place, people involved, etc. Machat thought that created a very reliable legal record. I hope it has enough specificity for Agent Tejeda's tastes. I know he asked for specificity.
Gianelli is out of his mind; moonlighting for someone; arguing the prosecution case online about Spector; and, all over Leonard Cohen's Tax Fraud Matter. I think he'd like to deter, silence, and intimidate me. He is a buffoonish agent provocateur/infiltrator of sorts. There is no excuse - whatsoever - for his criminal harassment of me, my family, friends, and others for nearly six years. This man will say and do anything. He's clearly a State Bar Member.
I think it's best to review the actual facts. This man does NOT know my family and has targeted them relentlessly. This is a written understanding, signed by Lawrence, re. what he understood as of November 2012.
I've copied my sister on this so she has a copy.

This letter is to confirm that Miss Kelley Lynch has been residing with me since approximately September 27, 2012. At this time, Miss Lynch has no means of support and I have offered her a room in the home I own in Pleasant Hill, California. For the month of September through October 2012, Miss Lynch´s sister paid me rent in the amount of $600.00 but that was a temporary one time loan to her and, for the time being, I am permitting Miss Lynch to reside in my home.
