I suppose Ross and I shouldn't have had one beer at the end of the day when the office was closed after we returned. We could have done what everyone else did on the job: filled a flask with gin and tonics, smoked hash, dropped acid, etc. Ross got it - they saw liability because he was harassed relentlessly, I advised him to file a formal complaint, and I ended up in the hospital after suffering from dehydration. The Rocky Jo Jo Horror Show had to sit in Starbucks all day the day before I ended up in the hospitals because she nearly developed sun stroke. I haven't said this criminal is a pedofile. I believe any adult male who wants to lure my then minor son into privately communicating with them could be a potential sexual predator. I've trapped one in the past when they targeted Rutger at a young age and handed the information over to AOL. Gianelli is so proud that he spoke to Bruce Cutler - or BOB if you're Streeter. Bruce Cutler wrote FBI. What was that about? Right - when I ended up hospitalized because of GCI. My voice wasn't slurred. Cohen worked with a sound engineer and thinks like a criminal. I left him one stone cold sober message - Gianelli: CEASE AND DESIST. He never threatened me with a TRO. It's interesting - I did call Pleasant Hill police and they thought he worked for Cohen. Rutger didn't send that email. You can alter or make up anything you want. Gianelli didn't refute that. And, who cares? Is this a defense to criminal tax fraud, theft, embezzlement, fraud, etc? No, it is not. It's slander. The news media loves it. My sister's attorney told him to cease and desist and she confirmed this for me when she drove me from LA to Berkeley after I was "jail" for the false arrests. We stayed at a hotel for 5 days so we talked a lot. She told me Jim Walker views Gianelli as an IDIOT. So does Francisco Suarez. So does Rutger. So does Paulette. So does everyone with a brain. A criminal idiot. I never obtained a signature for a ballot initiative. I worked on ACLU and SPL campaigns - including against hate groups. That brings us, FBI, to Streeter's insanity re. your investigation into the Aryan Nation, a murder, Michael's uncle, the Cartel, meth labs, and meth distribution. This must bother Streeter who thinks Cohen runs meth labs? I have a letter from my former landlord, Ray Lawrence, advising the government that my sister agreed to pay one month rent. I sent that to IRS, FBI, DOJ, etc. He then agreed that I could stay there for free [until I was able to pay him back at some future date], particularly as he didn't live there and I took care of his house, paperwork, plants, cleaned, organized various rooms, made sure there weren't parties (that bothered him when Michael had parties and everyone raided his booze), tried to assist him with his nephew, etc. Karen didn't cut me off without a dime and Gianelli doesn't know me and I don't give out any information to anyone now except my family and very close friends.
So, Streeter actually think she works for DOJ and FBI and my email to you was to her. Do you believe that FBI? My mother doesn't. My mother thinks she retaliated and is positively evil. She also thought she was star struck, a liar, and definitely did this to other people. My mother is quite brilliant.
I'll post on Truth Sentinel. They now have a disclaimer that Gianelli is not stalking me and is not on Cooley, et al's payroll. Well, he has been criminally harassing me and engaged in criminal witness tampering, since he spoke to Cohen's lawyer in 2009. He is now arguing the prosecution's case online in the Spector matter and lies when he says he's affiliated with Phil Spector's legal team.
Gianelli doesn't like the CIA, NSA, and FSB copied in. I don't care what someone who doesn't know me thinks. You're all intelligence. What do you think of the forensics in the Spector case? How about the allegations re.l Cohen's criminal tax fraud? He has stolen from me and I am addressing the perjury and fraud he and his lawyers presented to Judge Hess - NOT from 2006. I will then drop the motion off with Agent Tejeda, IRS. I have a hearing date now - June 23, 2015. And, in the next two weeks will file a motion re. his fraudulent restraining order. Cohen doesn't think I have a right to be heard and many tax issues have been implicated.
