Hello Innocence Project,
Thank you for your email. I do believe Phil Spector's case revolves around DNA.
I will review the form. I believe Mr. Spector's case deserves to be exposed. I will also say that there is serious corruption in Los Angeles and former DA Steve Cooley aligned himself with Leonard Cohen and the City Attorney in targeting me. What were the issues in the fraudulent domestic violence case? The IRS, federal tax fraud, Phil Spector, Cohen's gun story about Phillip (there now three versions before LA Superior Court), Steve Cooley, and Alan Jackson. Also, there appears to be serious problems with the judiciary in Los Angeles. They have repeatedly violated my rights to due process; do not have jurisdiction over me in many matters; failed to review a serious Brady Motion; and, from what I can tell, aided and abetted theft, attempted to extort money from me, participated in a cover up related to criminal tax fraud, and helped retaliate.
In any event, thank you for all the hard work you do. It is incredible to realize how many innocent people are trapped in this system and how many years it takes to tackle that fact.
The former DA of Los Angeles, Steve Cooley, also has a pattern and practice of retaliating. I believe Phil Spector's case was important because they haven't nailed a celebrity since Fatty Arbuckle. Also, jurors prefer a Lifetime Movie narrative to DNA. My friend, The Scientist, had a similar situation where a woman tried to kill herself at his house. I believe he recorded her advising him that her plan involved framing him for murder. As we all know, people high on drugs do not think correctly.
Perhaps the Innocence Project would consider assisting Mr. Spector. As many people have noted, it raises very serious issues that involve putting people on the witness stand who embellish stories, have vendettas, and are willing to do or say anything.
All the best,
Kelley

Cc: blind <distribution@gmail.com>Ms. Lynch,The Judicial Counsel form application and order for the registration of the Colorado protection order was authorized by Family Code Section 6404, which section number appears at the bottom left of form. That section, linked above, requires the California registration of ANY out-of-state protection order, not just a domestic violence order. The form is mandatory for both types of orders and it's use does not change the character of the registered order.Nor does the clerk's summary in the court docket govern. You are simply wrong.
