Hello IRS, FBI, DOJ, and FTB,
I confirmed receipt of my son's email to Gianelli and Walsh, and Deputy City Attorney Swanigan copied in. I believe he's referring to the thunder buddies reference in the movie "Ted." Fruitcakes seems to apply. So does dangerous unstable stark raving lunatics with motive.
Gianelli has been on my blog 8 times already today. He has reviewed an email I sent my appellate attorney. Please keep in mind that Gianelli relentlessly harassed my appellate attorney. That email addresses the fraudulent proof of service in the "default judgment' matter. Clearly, Gianelli is interested in that. Gianelli is also interested in my claims to the City and County of Los Angeles and sent me two harassing emails about that this
morning. None of this involves him - whatsoever. I am filing a federal lawsuit and the statutes are different as the City and County noted in their letters to me. He appears to have emailed my Motion to Vacate this matter (filed in August 2013) to himself. And, of course, he remains interested in my emails to IRS, FBI, and DOJ re. Leonard Cohen federal tax matters.
