I would like to address something else Gianelli has said. These are not private issues and many people, across this country, have been criminally harassed, stalked, and intimidated by these individuals. Paulette has received a death threat and has been accused of having "substance abuse" issues. She has also been slandered. She remains convinced that Gianelli, Walsh, etc. attempt to alienate me from people and their emails are meant to be intimidating. She has addressed this in numerous declarations. I view these emails as witness tampering. Neal Greenberg's lawsuit addressed many issues related to witness tampering, witness intimidation, bribery, blackmail, etc. Those allegations as they relate to me, are true. Leonard Cohen's lawsuit, which I was NOT served, was an attempt to cover up criminal tax fraud. That is my personal opinion. I reported his tax fraud to Agent Bill Betzer on April 15, 2005. He retaliated and had to address Greenberg's public accusations about his attempts to extort false testimony from me.
The Court confirmed that they did NOT order me to have a psychiatric evaluation. Those requirements, including fines, relate to "domestic violence." Cohen and I were never in an intimate dating relationship. He testified honestly about that at the March 23, 2012 bail hearing. He also testified that I never stole from him - just his "peace of mind." The Boulder Court has now confirmed that the original order was NOT domestic violence and provided me with evidence explaining why Paulette, I, and others, were repeatedly told (since 2009) that the Boulder order expired on February 15, 2009. I willfully violated NOTHING and the "domestic violence" order Cohen filed in California is evidence of fraud. The prosecutor herself argued that I was stone cold sober and I was and am.
I find it unconscionable that Gianelli would write you about the vile email slandering me and Oliver Stone. You and Ray never, as the email stated, snorted cocaine off Oliver Stone's "cock." That email clearly stated that I should be raped, murdered, or commit suicide. Those are serious and credible threats that I brought to the attention of law enforcement. I am convinced Gianelli wrote that email. He then attempted to blame my very dear friends, Tyler and Ross, which is unconscionable. I can assure you, and you met Tyler, that they would never engage in evil conduct like that. Leonard Cohen dragged Oliver Stone into this situation and then the City Attorney did: she evidently believes Cohen can lie about me and Oliver to stir up a fraudulent custody matter. As you know, every word in the custody matter was a lie. The prosecutor used that against me and she/Cohen engaged in outrageous conduct when they falsely stated that i accused Cohen of causing your accident. I did NOT. He owes me money and I have been unable to assist you. That is what I have stated and it is factual.
Sandra Jo Streeter is a pathetic liar. Paulette was in shock when she saw her and cannot believe how extensive the fraud and perjury during my trial and in Cohen's matters are. She is now dealing with her boss/friend's matters which involve not being served. Paulette would like to know how much fraud and perjury is acceptable. Good question. The sky's the limit with LA Superior Court. That Court attempted to extort money from me for "domestic violence." Cohen admitted that he perjured himself over the statutory required dating relationship. Cohen just came up with a fabricated narrative that I am his ex-lover who has no legitimate reason to contact him and might want to attend his concert. That is absurd and I wouldn't go near him if my life depended on it. He is, however, a narcissist who fabricates stories for a living. My medical doctor, who views the conduct of Gianelli and others as "psy ops," recently asked if Cohen has a history of drug abuse. The answer is yes and he has been quite public about that fact.
LAPD's celebrity unit is protecting Steve Cooley and Sandra Jo Streeter. Perhaps they are actually going to prove that Cohen, Cooley, Streeter, and others have engaged in a legal conspiracy. Greenberg was quite clear in his lawsuit that Cohen and his lawyer have. LAPD confirmed that they simply took down Cohen's statements. He should be arrested for obstruction of justice. However, he is a celebrity with money and a team of lawyers willing to lie. His lawyers are now paid witness liars. They will do and say anything. As Steven Machat noted - Leonard Cohen is a fraud who uses religion to con people.
The IRS, FBI, and DOJ should obviously investigate Gianelli's involvement with both of my false arrests and the City Attorney of Los Angeles. People are very clear that i am dealing with dangerously unstable individuals in LA Confidential.
Do not permit Gianelli to provoke you. These are psy ops and he is engaged in illegal discovery as well. LAPD's celebrity unit can have this clown.

Greenberg represented Cohen – not me. Leonard Cohen has concealed the fact that he personally borrowed or expended approximately $6.7 million from his alleged “retirement” account. He was contractually obligated to repay those funds within 3 years with interest. He refuses to do so. Cohen has not provided me with tax documents for the year 2004. Gianelli is harassing me over that and has publicly threatened me when I have stated that I am pursuing legal remedies against Cohen. I have also filed claims against the County and City of Los Angeles advising them that I intend to file a federal lawsuit. LA Superior Court is uninterested in obtaining jurisdiction over people; condones perjury and fraud; and, I will note, the judges themselves lie on the bench.Gianelli did write me in jail. I filed a Complaint with the Sheriff’s Department and they advised me that they would contact LAPD and FBI. Paulette and I also discussed this situation with two LAPD detectives who we met with.Please do not communicate with Gianelli, Walsh, etc. LAPD advised me to maintain these emails.
