Hi Kevin and Bryan,

I see that the Stalker Proxy is writing you.  The City Attorney's office worked with Gianelli to arrest and prosecute me.  This individual has criminally harassed me, my sons, sister, friends, colleagues, etc. since hearing from Cohen's lawyer in May 2009.  The "threat" that Gianelli is writing about involves the below image.  I sent that to the FBI and DOJ as an example of the type of insanity people are being prosecuted over in Los Angeles.  That would include Coyote Shivers being prosecuted for running into his ex at a restaurant and noting online that if anyone sees her stalking him they should call LAPD.  This email was not a threat.  Sandra Jo Streeter lied throughout my alleged trial and retaliated.  She lied about IRS, federal tax matters, etc.  This is how taxpayer dollars are being spent in LA Confidential.  The District Attorney evidently elected not to prosecute Cohen who then ended up on the stand testifying about a third version of his Phil Spector gun story.

Leonard Cohen owes me millions of dollars.  The man does not like to pay his representatives.  He did the same thing to Steven and Marty Machat and then stole Steven's film, "Bird On A Wire."  He evidently sold Phil Spector's masters.  He has withheld commissions for work I did.  Oliver Stone knows that I was his personal manager.  CAA should know this as well.  

I can assure you that I have no interest in Leonard Cohen.  I have an interest in being paid what I am owed and addressing all the fraud and perjury before LA Superior Court.  Leonard Cohen falsely accuses people of ripping him off to breach contracts and also falsely accuses people of stalking him.  I remember this same type of accusation was used against Barrie Wexler.  It was used against Ann Diamond.  This man will lie about anything and everything.

Leonard Cohen did not serve me this lawsuit.  He then stole my share of at least two entities and intellectual property.  He has simply hired a legal team who will do anything for him and are now paid witnesses.  

Who cares who I write.  If I want to write the Russian FSB to explain the type of insanity we deal with in our justice system, while relentlessly denouncing their system, then I will write them. 

As for prosecutors and law enforcement:  one must wonder why we're running a celebrity justice system.  LA Superior Court's roll here is unconscionable and that includes the fraudulent "domestic violence" order.  Leonard Cohen and I were never in a statutory required intimate "dating relationship."  

I have no idea why this man has written you; he does not know Oliver Stone and works in tandem with Cohen's fan; and probably wrote the vile email slandering Oliver Stone and me.  I also am convinced that Cohen and his rotten lawyer went into Lindsey's office to falsely accuse me of having sex with Oliver to stir up a custody matter.  

This is how Leonard Cohen operates.
