IRS,

I am reviewing the perjury and fraudulent misrepresentations in the declarations.  I am presently finishing up my summary of Robert Kory's perjured statements.  I would like to remind you that he did not know me or Cohen in the 20 years I worked with Cohen.  Clearly, he wanted to become Cohen's personal manager.

Cohen has been quoted (he gave MacLean's an interview coordinated with his retaliatory lawsuit) as stating that he would have to pay taxes on the "lost" money.  How?  First of all, nothing was lost and he personally borrowed or expended $6.7 million and owes over $4 million in interest.  Beyond that, the income from the Sony sale wasn't reported on the 2001 tax returns his tax lawyer prepared.  Why wasn't the income reported and taxes paid immediately?

As for advances against my ownership interest in intellectual property, etc. why would Cohen have to pay taxes when those amounts were deducted from the corporate tax returns?

I would like a formal IRS opinion.

Leonard Cohen is the sole individual who had unfettered control over these entities.  His corporate and tax lawyers created and formed them for his benefit.  I was merely compensated for my services and ownership interest.

Cohen refuses to permit me to inspect corporate records.  Nothing was rectified with respect to corporate federal tax returns.  I am listed as a partner on numerous entities via documents Cohen's lawyers and accountants prepared.  I handled nothing to do with corporations, taxes, accounting, finance, and had no control over investments.  I also did not want to use Neal Greenberg.  Cohen did.  He met with him personally and hired him.  I did not know Neal Greenberg and was not his friend.  I had met him once or twice years earlier.

Many people belong in prison over this situation.  That includes the psychopaths in LA Confidential.  Corruption is the name of their game.

All the best,
Kelley
