Hi,
I think Superfon was correct - Neal Greenberg is not a Buddhist. Investigator Brian Bennett, DA's office, recalled my telling him that Cohen was black mailing me; he told me his wife would "kill" Kory if he did to her what he did to me; and he believes my matters are federal matters. This situation is so insane. No one in reality can believe it. Part of the issue is LA Superior Court. I find it corrupt, incompetent, and the judges do not seem to understand evidence, evidence authentication, hearsay, impeachment evidence, Brady requirements, perjury, concealment, prosecutrial misconduct, etc. It is utterly astounding. I don't care what anyone thinks about my views on LA Superior Court. I want to move onto federal court. One thing - their cronies are not running the scene.
All the best,
Kelley

cc: Richard Westin, Dave Chipman (Greenberg’s lawyer), SEC, Dean Haakens (corp.ca.gov), Norman Posel, Palden Ronge, Laura Bond (Westword), Christine Reid (Daily Camera), Rutger, Chloe, Wendy Knaak, Dean of University of Kentucky Law School.
Advises Neal Greenberg that Leslie Hays told me they had breakfast. Leslie told me that “Neal said even though you are mad at him, he feels that you are still friends somehow He explained to me that he can’t give you money from the fund right now. His partners won’t permit it. He doesn’t view you as the enemy but he felt he had no choice but to bring suit against Leonard. Anyway, I know this won’t sway you, but he’s very open to you and he cares about you.”
NOTE: Leslie Hays is an old friend of mine who was quite close with Greenberg. They both lived in Boulder, Colorado.
I explain to Greenberg that he is not my friend. Goes into detail about Leonard Cohen and Robert Kory black mailing me and their tactics involving my son and his custody matter. Asks Greenberg if the Dean of Kentucky’s Law School actually believes that his employee, a tax professor, set up an entity and doesn’t know who owns it Mentions that I have gone to the SEC due to Kory’s allegations that Greenberg committed Securities Violations. Mentions that I hope Greenberg loses his license. Addresses Cohen’s tax fraud; my ownership interest in these entities; and the fact that Greenberg has the corporate records and he and his lawyer know what the ownership interests in TH are. Confirms that Greenberg (and his lawyer) advised me that if Cohen goes into Court and takes the position that the monies in the TH account are his then he’s proven that he committed tax fraud. That’s precisely what Cohen did. Quotes my shorthand notes of conversations with Betsy Superfon: “Neal Greenberg is not a Buddhist. He uses that. You are a Buddhist. You are a good woman and his lawyers will try to destroy you.” Requests back-up documentation for the five wire transfers Greenberg refused to reveal. Also raises the issue of “churning” and notes that I have copied in SEC, Department of Corporations, and mentions the IRS.
