Hello IRS, FBI, DOJ,
and FTB,
I have just forwarded
you most of the harassing emails Gianelli and Walsh have sent to this email
account in October 2014. Many of those emails have my sons, sister, and
Paulette Brandt copied in. I have provided you with my son's declaration
and both of their emails to Gianelli, Walsh, and Lawrence advising them to stop
contacting them. My sister's lawyer has spoken with Gianelli and advised
him to cease and desist. Paulette Brandt has advised these individuals to
cease and desist. Paulette Brandt has also spoken with LAPD's TMU, LAPD,
and others about this ongoing criminal harassment. She has also submitted
Declarations to the Court addressing this conduct. Gianelli, Walsh, etc.
do not know me or my family. I have asked Korn if Gianelli is authorized
to discuss federal tax and corporate matters related to Cohen and me. I
have not heard back.
Gianelli wrote me this
morning expanding upon the DOJ's Criminal Division's email. He is focused
on Robert Kory and the City Attorney, Sandra Jo Streeter. The DOJ's
Criminal Division never advised me to report Kory and Streeter to the State Bar
and that was not addressed in their email (or mine to them that was
enclosed). I advised DOJ that I believe there should be a full
investigation into my 2012 trial, the federal tax issues raised, Cohen and
Kory's testimony about IRS and federal tax matters, Streeter's statements to
the jury about federal tax matters, assets owned by Traditional Holdings, K-1s,
IRS required form 1099 for the year 2004, and the domestic violence
order. The Boulder Combined Court wrote me (and I forwarded this to DOJ)
that the order was NOT domestic violence. I was prosecuted by the City
Attorney's Domestic Violence Unit; sentenced for violating domestic violence
laws; diagnosed by some quack I never met who is a domestic violence counsellor
(whose office advised me and others that she does not "diagnose"
people without seeing them); and my sentence included fines/fees related to
domestic violence. There was and is no "domestic violence."
Cohen's testimony during my 2012 trial included his acknowledgment that
he testified one way at one hearing and another at another hearing over the
statutory required intimate dating relationship. We were not in a
"dating relationship," required per statute, and sexual
harassment/indecent exposure are not the definition of "dating
relationship."
Gianelli is now
writing me about stalking laws. I never stalked Cohen. The Motion
Cohen filed with Boulder Court, that they recently provided me, expressly
informs the Court that Cohen was concerned about my communications with third
parties (journalists, IRS, FBI, DOJ) and online posts refuting his slanderous
and defamatory statements.
In any event, Gianelli
and Walsh have resumed their criminal harassment. They are harassing me,
at this point, over my intent to file Motions with LA Superior Court, federal
tax matters, corporate matters, etc. Clearly, this is a highly
coordinated campaign of harassment, stalking, intimidation, etc. Michelle
Rice's role in this demands an investigation as Walsh copied Rice in on
numerous emails while targeting me, my family, friends, and others.
On a separate note, I
have privately forwarded you Steven Machat's email confirming that he will do
as he wrote me - correct the slander in his book, etc. I have advised him
that I am dealing with a fraudulent $10 million judgment, my ownership interest
in entities LA Superior Court has NO JURISDICTION over, could care less about
Cohen personally, and addressed the issues I agree with in his book, while
correcting misinformation. For instance, I never settled with
Cohen. Yes, he offered me a variety of settlements and Greenberg
addressed some of them in his lawsuit and my lawyers in memorandums. That
includes 50% community property,15% re. commissions for services as personal
manager, and 15% ownership interest in IP. I am entitled to be paid but
Cohen attempted to require my testimony against his representatives.

It is unconscionable that these two individuals would continue to target my
sons. However, Cohen operates like that. That's why he and Kory
went into Lindsey's office and advised him that Oliver Stone and I had
sex. They wanted to stir up a custody matter and their tactics
worked. Oliver and I, however, did not have sex. That was one of
their first lines of defense after Cohen confirmed that he heard I was
reporting his tax fraud to IRS, refused to meet with him and Westin, and had my
lawyers transmit the corporate books to Greenberg, Glusker in October
2004. Cohen simply lied to the court about this matter. LA Superior
Court does NOT require evidence. That is a fact. It is also
appalling.
