Congressman Waxman,
I phoned your office and was advised that I should put this in writing. My situation with the Phil Spector matter and Leonard Cohen's theft and ongoing criminal conduct has not actually abated. The City Attorney - using prosecutor Sandra Jo Streeter - targeted me for Cohen. Evidently, lunatics in Los Angeles believe I have an ïntent to annoy Cohen when, in fact, he owes me millions; has not provided me with a 1099 that I need (although the City Attorney lied about this); refuses to rescind illegal K-1s transmitted to the IRS; and now has three versions of his good rock and roll Phi lSpector GUN story before LA Superior court. The Deputy City Attorney has even LIED about the matter I contacted you about in 2005.
I am writing you to complain about the ongoing insanity I have been dealing with at the City Attorney and District Attorney of Los Angeles. The City Attorney is involved in an appeal re. my intent to annoy insanity ;whining to the court about their budget woes; and concealing exculpatory evidence relating to Phil Spector, the millions Cohen owes me, etc.
Is it possible for you to help out? The prosecutor is now LYING to LAPD about me and it is a disgrace.
