Hi IRS and FBI,
Francisco had a great idea. He's preparing a Motion and we will put an end to the appeal. He wants me to create a succinct declaration addressing what is going on with this prosecutor. We discussed the lies in this brief. He said - no, you cannot modify the civil harassment restraining order I requested. It appears to be fraud before the court.
I'm going to prepare that in the next day or two. Susan Schmitter/City Attorney's office called Francisco. I faxed her because there is some confusion here about who is representing me. Francisco is deeply disturbed. He cannot imagine someone being more destroyed than I've been. He knows - I don't have the tax documents. He has interesting views on prosecutors that lie. He'll email me after he talks to Schmitter. I can't take any more lies. These people are obsessed with me. I've asked Francisco to convey that to the City Attorney's office. I called the trial court's court reporter and advised them that I cannot deal with this. This is my legal right but I'm dealing with liars, frauds, creeps, and one huge Hollywood fraud. I can't handle this appeal because I'm being targeted. It must be illegal. Francisco thinks it's criminal obstruction of justice.
I'll write my book and they can remain obsessed with Leonard Cohen. I hope I never hear from any of them again. I've called Agent Tejeda/IRS. I don't have the 1099. The K-1s are illegal. Cohen stole millions from me. These people cannot stop lying.
