Please let me know where the appeal reply brief is.  I think it's an outrage that the City Attorney's office has retaliated against me.  It is clearly criminal obstruction of justice but there is nothing I can do.  Detective Viramontes/LAPD has advised me that thiswoman continues to lie about me.  Those are my words.  He has said that she views this as a threat.
