Hi DOJ,

It's Agent Tejeda's fault.  He didn't call back according to this brief but he did.  Tejeda's testimony was cumulative.  Further he wasn't available and ready to testify in the ordinary course of the trial.  I didn't know about the issues with the IRS long before trial.  It was about the refund.  I just received the IRS biner on April 9th.  Í'll scan it later.  It's your standard fare.  It's nice to see a Reply Brief that's about the IRS, K-1s, 1099, Agent Tejeda, Doug Davis, Phil Spector.

I'm not going to read anymore.  I am sick of their lies.  I think Streeter should be prosecuted.  She thinks she can say she's terrified about my Valentine drone card.  It's really sickening to watch liars in action.  No one believes her.

All the best,
Kelley

Hi Mr. Davis,

You're in the brief but they're lying and saying that you advised me to declare income in those years and I was confused about what to call it.  I was trying to determine the total amount.  It's Agent Tejeda's fault.  They weren't able to hear back from Tejeda.  This didn't hurt my prosecution.  I think the excessive perjury hurt me but LA Superior Court can have these people.

All the best,
Kelley

To the IRS Commissioner's Staff,

Here's my favorite hearing in the appeal reply brief:  Appellant Fails To Demonstrate Due Process and Fair Trial Rights Were Violated When The Trial Court Did Not Allow Tejeda To Testify.  Now, he's Tejeda.  Not Agent Tejeda, Just Tejeda.  It sounds gangster.  I testified extensively about my tax predicament.

All the best,
Kelley
