How are you? The point actually is that Gianelli is moonlighting, arguing the Spector prosecutor's case, and has targeted me, my family and others, for nearly six straight years. This man is a criminal. He worked [with] the City Attorney on two occasions to have me falsely arrested and Cooley publicly aligned himself with Cohen at that time. Gianelli is all over Truth Sentinel arguing Phil Spector's forensic science, wacky gun theories, and essentially arguing that Spector shot her. This man sets up reasonable doubt theories so that they are refuted and create DOUBT - just like Juror #9 in Spector's first trial. He's an amateur agent provocateur/infiltrator.
I was not fired for having one beer. Tyler Paxton did not fire me. Doubet, who understood he had liability, fired Ross because he had been harassed for months. I advised Ross to file a formal complaint and this upset GCI I witnessed it. After a day of utter abuse (of Ross), we returned to Berkeley (without our vests on) and had one beer. We were never [given] a written policy. People drank on the job, did drugs, and engaged in any type of conduct they wanted. Canvassers were out on the street on LSD. I do not know Gianelli or what his psychiatric problems are but I have no mental health or alcohol problems. He has said that Paulette is a drunken lesbian. These people are like dealing with third grade bully idiot girls. Is this a defense for Leonard Cohen re. theft of millions; criminal tax fraud; tax evasion in two countries; IRS refund fraud; identity theft; etc? No. It's intimidation tactics.
Ray Lawrence wrote that letter. That was his understanding at the time. He placed his signature on that document, turned it into a PDF, emailed it to me, and printed it out. If he wants to say he lied at the time, sobeit. I wasn't "evicted." Lawrence, who didn't really live there, rented the room out to someone he met in Minnesota. Ray Lawrence is a drama queen and a liar. He and Gianelli should get married and have S&M forever.
Leonard Cohen is a self-admitted former drug addict, alcoholic, and man with serious psychiatric problems. I can assure you that I don't care what anyone aligned with him has to say.
Steve Cooley, Pat Dixon, Alan Jackson, etc. should be investigated. It's time to clean up LA Confidential. It is out of control. You cannot believe LA Superior Court. It shocks the conscience. I have never seen people like this in my life.
Forgive me for writing CIA, NSA, and FSB. LA Confidential and their moonlighting psychopath don't like it. I'll see Agent Tejeda tomorrow. The court hearing is schedule for June 23, 2015. I look forward to all the lies they will respond with. It's a house of cards.

I am writing this statement to corroborate and give credence to Kelley Lynch's claims for unemployment as a result of wrongful termination. I declare the following information to be a truthful and accurate account of the events leading up to and surrounding our termination from Grassroots Campaigns, Inc. I worked with Kelley as a field manager for the company from June 2011 through January 2012. Kelley and I were among the top earners for campaigns ranging from the ACLU to Amnesty international, and had considerable influence in keeping office morale up, and in creating a culture of social cohesiveness between employees. Kelley dutifully performed her job above and beyond expectations, enduring enormous amounts of physical and psychological stress in pursuit of an altruistic solution to the socio-political problems plaguing our society. I know her to be a person of outstanding integrity, whose conduct stems from both virtue and scruple. The events leading up to and surrounding the termination were as follows:
Kelley and I spent the day fundraising in pleasant hill, which proved to be an extremely demoralizing experience for both of us. After having homophobic epithets and vociferous, myopic rhetoric hurled at us, we left "turf" in a state of apprehension and despondency. Upon returning to Berkeley early as a result of low traffic conditions, we noted that we had failed to take our break amidst our frenzied attempts to perform well in a highly hostile environment. We decided that since we had the time to spare, we would sit down for some food. Kelley proceeded to drink ONE beer, which we had never been instructed was against policy and figured was acceptable because we were no longer in uniform, had finished canvassing for the day, and were entitled legally to a 10 minute break. Shortly thereafter, we entered the office to debrief and do our cash-out. After discerning that an alcoholic beverage had been consumed, Tyler instructed Kelley and I that we were to be placed on temporary suspension through tuesday, whereupon we would be allowed to come back to work. After Tyler conferred with his superior, Dan Doubet, we were then told to come in on tuesday afternoon, where we were taken aback at the revelation that we were being laid off; the news came as a complete shock to the both of us.
I would also like to testify to the horrid working conditions we were placed under and my certain inference that Kelley and I were seen as liabilities to the company- Simply put, we were seen as obstacles in the path of the company's unbridled corporate malfeasance. Myself and several other employees faced relentless sexual and verbal harassment from one Tomas Moreno, our superior, and only after months and months of pleas that fell largely on Doubet's deaf ears did they take any steps whatsoever to resolve the situation. I was frequently bombarded with homophobic sentiment from one of the directors, was harshly criticized, emotionally belittled and constantly forced to weather a slew of vitriolic language. After noting to the management that these were severely unacceptable working conditions and that performance was being affected drastically, Dan Doubet reluctantly agreed to address the issue and terminate the offender's employment with the company. That is where my status as a liability for the company comes in- notwithstanding the fact that my car was put out of commission by the relentless travel to destinations up to 80 miles away, for which i never received adequate compensation. Kelley was seen as a liability as well, as a direct result of an incident involving her health on turf in Montclair. After enduring harsh weather conditions and the psychological stress intrinsic to the position created by GCI, Kelley collapsed and was taken to a nearby emergency room, thus creating a potential problem for the company from a legal perspective. GCI has a long history of employee abuse and routinely takes advantage of philanthropic, altrustic individuals. We were paid based on an incredulous and unfair commissions scale against the office average, and even top performers were living hand to mouth throughout the duration of my employment there.
I firmly believe that it was a fortuitous time for the management to rid themselves of two people whom they saw as potential liabilities to the company. Kelley is an upstanding woman who is most certainly entitled to unemployment benefits given the extenuating circumstances of the situation.

I suppose Ross and I shouldn't have had one beer at the end of the day when the office was closed after we returned. We could have done what everyone else did on the job: filled a flask with gin and tonics, smoked hash, dropped acid, etc. Ross got it - they saw liability because he was harassed relentlessly, I advised him to file a formal complaint, and I ended up in the hospital after suffering from dehydration. The Rocky Jo Jo Horror Show had to sit in Starbucks all day the day before I ended up in the hospitals because she nearly developed sun stroke. I haven't said this criminal is a pedofile. Bruce Cutler wrote FBI. What was that about? Right - when I ended up hospitalized because of GCI. My voice wasn't slurred. Cohen worked with a sound engineer and thinks like a criminal. I left him one stone cold sober message - Gianelli: CEASE AND DESIST. He never threatened me with a TRO. It's interesting - I did call Pleasant Hill police and they thought he worked for Cohen. Rutger didn't send that email. You can alter or make up anything you want. Gianelli didn't refute that. And, who cares? Is this a defense to criminal tax fraud, theft, embezzlement, fraud, etc? No, it is not. It's slander. The news media loves it. My sister's attorney told him to cease and desist and she confirmed this for me when she drove me from LA to Berkeley after I was "jail" for the false arrests. We stayed at a hotel for 5 days so we talked a lot. She told me Jim Walker views Gianelli as an IDIOT. So does Francisco Suarez. So does Rutger. So does Paulette. So does everyone with a brain. A criminal idiot. I never obtained a signature for a ballot initiative. I worked on ACLU and SPL campaigns - including against hate groups.
