The Criminal Stalker copies you because it "pleases" him. Then let's take a look at what Cohen's operative has to say.
I am about to file a federal lawsuit. Therefore, a federal judge - not Cohen or his representatives - will decide the issues.
I wasn't served Leonard Cohen's lawsuit. He has merely proven that if you fail to serve someone, lie extensively, and align yourself with the DA and City Attorney, you can prevail.
I didn't file a second motion to vacate. I filed a motion addressing egregious fraud upon the court. It's quite clear to me that LA Superior Court condones the use of fraud, perjury, and litigation misconduct to obtain verdicts, judgments, and orders. That includes Cohen's fraudulent "domestic violence" order. LA Superior Court, without notifying me, simply assigned me a secret "dating relationship" with Leonard Cohen.
My sons are men and my younger son was harassed by this criminal, with Cohen's lawyer copied in, when he was a minor. I was targeted over that issue during my so-called trial. The Criminal Stalker doesn't know my sister. He harassed her for years even after her lawyer advised him to cease and desist. Steve Lindsey is positively evil. He has now destroyed two of his children's lives. That's his habit.
Why is there a corporate co-plaintiff in Cohen's fraud default judgment matter? That corporation, like Cohen, does not own assets that generate the royalty income. The judgment is evidence of theft, self-dealing, embezzlement, co-mingling, and money laundering.
I don't believe all legal actions I am contemplating against Cohen are foreclosed.
I am now forced to sue Leonard Cohen for the IRS required tax and corporate information. He can have his fraud restraining orders because no one on this end is interested in seeing him.
The Stalker's incredibly aggressive and fixated. How extensive do you believe his relationship with Spector's prosecution team is? Cohen was aligned with the former DA who prosecuted Phillip. Did Cohen get away with lying about Phil Spector? He now has three versions of his bullshit gun story before LA Superior Court. Leonard Cohen believes in this motto evidently: I got away with it and I'm entitled to steal, lie, cheat, slander, etc. As his friend, Irving Layton concluded, "Leonard Cohen is a narcissist who hates himself." He hates others as well. He's entirely vindictive and vengeful.

HERE ARE SOME FACTS OF LIFE:
1. It is now January of 2016 - 9-months shy of the 12-year anniversary of the end of your business relationship with Leonard Cohen and WAY BEYOND any reasonable time to initiate a lawsuit of any kind that arises out of that relationship.
2. Your default was entered in Leonard Cohen's civil suit against you in 2005. A delay of MONTHS in filing a motion to set that judgment aside would normally be fatal to the motion. Due diligence in coming forward is required. A $7M default judgment was entered in May of 2006. You waited until June of 2013 to move to set that default and default judgment aside, and that motion was denied in 2014. You never took steps to appeal that order.
3. Your second motion asking the court to set aside the $7M default judgment was made and denied in June of 2015. In the meantime, that default judgment as grown to $14M with unpaid legal interest, and had been renewed through 2026.
4. You are no longer in your 30's or even your 40's. You are 58 years old.
5. Your sons are no longer children. They are grown men who have moved on with their lives. Your ex-husbands, Steve Lindsey, and your sister have moved on with their lives.
6. You have been threatening to sue just about everyone since 2004, but have in fact sued NOBODY. As far as suing Cohen, the 2006 judgment, the passage of time, and various legal privileges stand in your way. Attacking the judgment in federal court is additionally precluded by the Rooker-Feldman Doctrine.
7. Leonard Cohen has a $14M lien against everything you own and ever will own. There is a corporate co-plaintiff, and therefore the judgment lien (which is now growing by $1.4M every year) will survive Cohen's death.
8. Any legal action you may have contemplated relating to your former business relationship with Cohen, claimed intellectual property, or your 2012 arrest is now foreclosed for multiple, insurmountable reasons. Any federal court suit would be quickly dismissed, as your tax court suit was.
9. If you want to continue screaming and yelling on the blogs and in emails - fine. But that is ALL you can do to anyone, short of breaking the law and/or violating the Colorado order and going back to jail. But your blog posts and emails are not changing anyone's mind.
