Senate Judiciary,

Rather than have operatives target and harass me and others, Leonard Cohen and his lawyers should hit reply all or respond to my RICO suit.  They should also have this conduct cease and desist at once.

Gianelli is sending around a slanderous article defending Leonard Cohen.  He is advising people that his friend read the article to Phil Spector yesterday.  I don't think Phil Spector wants to read an article that targets me and Paulette Brandt and glorifies Cohen's criminal conduct or his three gun stories about Phillip now before LA Superior Court.  Phil Spector has sent me faxes for years about Cohen and his relationship to taxes so clearly he has information about that situation and was also a client of Marty Machat's.  I also believe Phil Spector is aware that Cohen sold his master tapes to Sony.  Steven Machat brought this to my attention after confirming it with Sony and Machat negotiated the original contract between Cohen and Spector with Warner Bros.  The Sheriff's Department illegally seized one of Spector's master tapes with corporate documents that were not part of the writ of possession.  That writ relates to the property I stored for Cohen as a courtesy since 1996 and he abandoned.  I am still awaiting a copy of the proof of service and Lindsey's declaration in that case as I wasn't served the Complaint and have received documents piecemeal.  That matter, of course, will be addressed in my RICO suit since Cohen believes corporate property is his personal property and thinks he is entitled to steal approximately $6.7 million from TH alone.  There are also issued related to money laundering and Cohen/LCI's embezzlement of royalties that belong to BMT.  Also, Cohen's theft of my share of corporate entities that were and remain suspended when the default judgment was entered.  That has nothing to do with Judge Babcock who relied on the fraudulent LA default.  I know Judge Hess condones perjury, fraud, and litigation misconduct.  That's your blessing.  Mine is that the cases are no longer before Judge Hess; are under appeal; will be pursued to the U.S. Supreme Court; and will be before a federal court in the very near future.

These are some of the criminally harassing emails I’ve received from Gianelli over this morning and last night.  What does the criminal want to discuss?  As you can see, he’s pissed off that I changed the subject which was about Phil Spector.  Gianelli, who is Kelly Green and uses assumed names and monikers, wants to discuss Ed Lozzi who is Lana Clarkson’s former publicist.  I think there’s something sinister about this criminal emailing Ed Lozzi and copying me in.  I spoke with Lozzi, who permitted me to interview him for my book, and the man sounded out of his mind.  He informed me that he contacted the prison where Phil Spector is to inform them that Mr. Spector could take out a hit (assassination) on someone.  I have never heard such insanity in my life.

Gianelli wants to talk about Phil Spector’s appeal before the 9^th Circuit.  He is an agent provocateuer, infiltrator, and attempts to elicit information about matters related to Spector.  He is representing Leonard Cohen’s legal interests and confirmed that he is attempting to “dissuade” me which is criminal.  Judge Robert Hess condones fraud, perjury, and litigation misconduct.  That is very clear.

The Criminal Stalker wants to discuss Paulette Brandt.  He does not know me, Paulette Brandt, or Phil Spector but is writing me that Paulette is not a close friend of Spector’s.  She is and during his trial he introduced her to his lawyers as one of the most important people in his life.  That’s one of the reasons she is being targeted.  She is also being targeted because Leonard Cohen bankrupted me intentionally and would like me silenced.  This is also the manner in which Gianelli attempts to elicit information.  He wants to know “When was the last time you and Paulette did either?”  He means spoke to or saw Phil Spector.  He also wants to know who in “Hollywood” we speak to.  Gianelli is obviously the 17^th Shitzu who sent the “bloody stump” email.  That email not only targeted me but horrendously slandered Oliver Stone.  Gianelli does not know me; has no idea who I know or speak with; and merely lies in an attempt to elicit information from me.

Gianelli is lying that anyone he knows spoke to or visited Phil Spector in prison.  No one read Gianelli’s slanderous so-called article targeting me and Paulette for Cohen and the powers that be in Los Angeles.  He is obsessed with my Tax Court case and RICO suits.  I never stalked Leonard Cohen.  The man failed to serve me his lawsuit; his lawyers refused to speak to me; he defrauded me of millions; stole from corporations; lied that we were “lovers;” obtained fraudulent restraining orders to discredit me; and has perjured himself extensively in many courts.  He personally testified that we were in a purely business relationship and I never stole from him.  He lied, perjured himself, when he testified that I called the police re. the SWAT incident.  He lied, perjured himself, when he testified that he was a recipient on the April 18, 2011 email to Dennis Riordan.  Every word during my so-called trial is a lie and that includes the lies the City Attorney repeated to the jurors re. many matters including federal tax matters.  Leonard Cohen has now stolen approximately $6.7 million from a corporate entity.  He signed documents and understood he had to repay all loans/expenditures within three years with interest. 

Phil Spector did not speak to a friend of Gianelli’s yesterday about his appeal or underlying criminal case.  Gianelli is lying and this is a ruse.  Stephen Gianelli does not know Dennis Riordan.  He wrote that Mr. Riordan “waived” [sic] to him once.  Phil Spector is aware of who Stephen Gianelli is.  I’ve personally brought this man, and his affiliations with Michelle Blaine, to his attention personally.   Stephen Gianelli and Michelle Blaine illegally targeted my email accounts and blogs.  Gianelli works in tandem with these people.  That would include, but is not limited to, Cohen’s fan.  Susanne Walsh has affiliations to a jihadist sympathizer and I find it shocking that this type of individual would be permitted to harass and slander me to entities such as the City Attorney and District Attorney with Cohen’s lawyer copied in.  Susanne Walsh also targeted a Facebook page devoted to Spector’s innocence.  A young woman, Nat McBride, started a Free Phil Spector Petition and received a death threat.  Hundreds of people signed that Petition. 

Gianelli is constantly writing me now with Alan Hootnick copied in.  He also writes Alan Hootnick and copies me in.  I am aware that Alan Hootnick has an intelligence background.  And Gianelli is aware that Alan Hootnick communicates with Rachelle Spector.  Gianelli also wants to discuss Bruce Cutler, Bill Pavelic, and Janis Zavala.  For some reason, he is interested in Captain Bornman.  He attempted to elicit information from FTB and Agent Kelly Sopko about me and tax matters.  I do think Agent Sopko, if she’s interested in credibility, should explain why she personally believes Gianelli has relentlessly targeted my sons, elderly parents, sisters, and others – for years – over Cohen’s tax fraud and Phil Spector. 

Gianelli wants to talk about SWAT and Killer King.  I’ve asked IRS, FBI, and DOJ to investigate that.  As someone wrote, Gianelli’s logic that I was taken there for my safety is like saying Jews were taken to Auschwitz for their safety.  Rutger has provided LA Superior Court with a declaration addressing what he witnessed and that includes the SWAT/Killer King incident.  I didn’t mention Spector en route.  LAPD questioned me about him.  The entire Killer King file is fraudulent and does not relate to me.  A custody matter was coordinated. 

For some reason, Gianelli has an interest in the Coyote Shivers case.  I have no connection to that case and never asked Mike Conzachi to investigate or arrest Gianelli.  Gianelli is nothing other than a chronic liar with motive who attempts to infiltrate matters.  Coyote Shivers and his representatives have asked the Department of Justice to investigate this very serious case that appears to involve another celebrity who perjured themselves and the City Attorney. 

Gianelli, who works on these matters 24/7, decided to send the Scientist a slanderous email about me.  The Scientist forwarded that to me.  The Scientist has been clear:  he has been targeted by gold diggers.  One threatened to commit suicide in his home.  He recorded her and she confirmed that she was attempting to “frame him.”  There is a suicide/extortion scam in Los Angeles and this woman evidently pulled this same scam on a member of the band Fishbone.  I have provided FBI and DOJ with the recordings the Scientist asked me to transmit to them.   

Gianelli also wants to talk about Doron Weinberg and would like me to believe that Gianelli worked on the Spector case with Mr. Weinberg, researched issues on that case, and provided Mr. Weinberg with ideas.  Gianelli has now written about Phil Spector and a possible plea deal because he wants to know if Spector would take a plea deal. 

And, of course, Gianelli is harassing me over Leonard Cohen and his fraudulent default judgment.  These issues will be addressed in my RICO suit.

This man is a criminal.  He is desperate for information and continues to target me and others.
