Thank you for forwarding me Gianelil's harassing email and slanderous article. This man has been relentlessly advised to cease and desist. He appears to work with Phil Spector's prosecution, argues Spector prosecution theories online, targets witnesses and attempts to intimidate them, and slanders me. He also represents Leonard Cohen's legal issues. That would include the fraud default judgment and fraudulent domestic violence order. Cohen and I were never in a "dating relationship" but these courts condone fraud, perjury, misconduct, etc. That's how Leonard Cohen has prevailed to date. He prefers to be unopposed so he can lie extensively. He used the default judgment as an opportunity to steal from me. There's no remedy with LA Superior Court.
Gianelli probably wants to know about the gold diggers who targeted you and others. I am aware that you were targeted by a gold digger who attempted to "commit suicide" at your house in order to frame you for murder. I've spoken to Duck of Eek A Mouse and he confirmed her tactics and explained that she pulled this suicide extortion scam on a member of the band Fishbone. Phil Spector was targeted. Stephen Gianell is attempting to elicit information and target witnesses. You asked me to advise Phil Spector's attorneys that you wanted to stand up for him. Gianelli then immediately targeted you. He is a criminal and has relentlessly targeted my sons, sister, elderly parents, and others. He is now slandering Paulette Brandt, my roommate, because she was Phil Spector's girlfriend and personal assistant. This man does not know us and does not know Phil Spector. He is representing Leonard Cohen and works with his lawyers. I want you to understand who Gianelli is and why this criminal is writing you.
