Gianelli,

I am advising you to cease and desist.  Furthermore, you are slandering me in the emails you copy to people.  That would include Paulette Brandt who has also advised you to cease and desist.  You have not entered an appearance in any of Cohen's matters and I will only address Cohen's legal issues with his attorney of record, Jeffrey Korn.  Calling me a drunken slut is not a viable defense for Leonard Cohen.

I have received yet another criminally harassing email from Stephen Gianelli that appears to be threatening me over Leonard Cohen and the fraudulent financial judgment.  He also seems to be interested in a book I am writing and potential income garnishment issues as well as my mother's "estate."  His focus on my family since 2009 is frightening.  He has copied Investigator William Frayeh on this email.  Investigator Frayeh, as I've pointed out, was an investigator on the Phil Spector matter.  Paulette Brandt and I have discussed Gianelli's criminally harassing emails with him, LAPD, LAPD's TMU, LA Sheriff's Department, and others.  I have been legally advised to forward these criminally harassing emails to FBI and to address the legal issues related to Leonard Cohen (that he raises) with you.  Gianelli is also harassing me over the motions I will be filing and the federla lawsuit that will related to my inclusion on federal tax returns related to these corporations, or provided with federal tax information (transmitted to IRS) re. these entities, and the

failure to provide me with IRS required tax and corporate information for 2004 and 2005.  The default judgment was entered in May 2006 and is not retroactive.  It also does not subvert IRS reporting and filing requirements.  There is tremendous precedence for asking courts to clarify their judgments and orders.  That's what I plan to do as well.  I will ask Family Court to explain how the Boulder order illegally transformed into a "domestic violence" order and why that prevents me from requesting tax information or Cohen from providing me with it.  I will ask Judge Hess to clarify how the fraudulent default judgment subverts IRS requirements an dhow it relates to 2004 and 2005 when it is dated May 2006 and doesn't state that it's retroactive.  If you have any questions, hit reply all or respond to the motions.  Gianelli, who continues to harass Paulette Brandt and others, has not entered a formal entry of appearance.  He also wrote an absurd email to FBI recently that appeared to be taunting them over "Jimmy Hoffa."
